Bayside Motel
The rooms in this place we're actually very comfortable quaint and sufficient enough to function comfortably. Great for the price and the grounds were actually really pretty clean well-kept. Great view of water front which I pretty sure was walkable to.from the rooms.

A small quiet motel in a quiet area. There is an access to a waterfront, and some guests were even fishing. Rooms are reasonably comfortable. There is at least one restaurant in a walking distance (Chef Eagle Bar & Grill).Personally, I would recommend this place.

Found other people's clothing in the room. The woman that checked us in was friendly. The man which I assume was the owner was kind of rhude. Stayed 2 nights had coffee for 1 morning but only one coffee cup

Perfect location. Rooms are well sized. Views are fantastic. Pet friendly. Very quiet. Good food fairly close by.Unfortunately bed is ancient and the room needs a very deep cleaning. This place needs to invest a little bit of money and could easily be a five star location.

Didn’t like the place at all. The carpets had a weird smell, the kitchen pantry had nice poop and there were soo many spiders. So unhygienic.

I arrived late and left early. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Amazing Bayview for sunrise pics. Front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. Walked me to my room to make sure I was happy with the room. Also as a female travelling alone it was a nice gesture. Just outside Kingston with a Tim's across the street. Will definately stop in again when passing thru

This was perfect for me while having to stay a few days in town for work. The owners are very friendly and was very accommodating on my very last minute booking and very late arrival (1am). The bed was comfortable and room a good size, had large tv and air conditioner for use and small kitchenet good for my needs. I loved the access to the water and saw some nice wildlife. Thanks! Would be happy to stay again if work brings me back to town.

Great location and view of the water. Room was a good size, but in great need of some TLC (painting of walls and plastered areas of holes, repair to screens, grouting, flooring and furniture replacements).Pet friendly with ample room for movement about.

My daughter and I just spent a few nights there. We had a 2 bed room and the price was more than fair. The room itself was clean and the owner was very accommodating! The location was very relaxing! So much so that I didn't want to go home. I can hardly wait to go back.
