She is incredibly knowledgable and positive - moreover her recipes are kid approved (we have 4 little ones!). Lindsay is AMAZING! She really cares about you and your overall well-being. Her methods and teaching are not restrictive, instead she focuses on mindful eating and what works for your body, which was exactly what I needed! She has fabulous meal plans with all the prep work and grocery lists done for you. Lindsay is passionate, filled with knowledge, and genuinely cares. I'd highly recommend checking out her meal plans and the Make Food Feel Good program!!

In January 2021 I began the Make Food Feel Good Program with Lindsay. I absolutely loved my time with Lindsay and the rest of the group. The content Lindsay shared was fabulous. She was always willing to help solve challenges. Her 3-2-1 meal plans were great! As a busy mom, it was fantastic to know I was putting healthy balanced meals on the table for my family, but more importantly meals that allowed me to spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the kiddos. Through Lindsay and her program, I feel I was able to shift myself more inline with my core values of where I would like myself and family to be. Thank you to Lindsay for her kind and caring approach to nutrition, intuitive eating and a balanced life style.

Lindsay is not only incredibly knowledgeable about her field of expertise, but she is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met and worked with. She cares about the people she works with and approaches the subject of nutrition in a way that’s different than others. I’ve used her 3-2-1 method In past and the meals were delicious and saved an enormous amount of time. I would highly recommend working with Lindsay as a client or any type of partnership.

Lindsay is the BEST! Her Make Food Feel Program not only taught me the science behind nutrition, but also helped transform my relationship with food and my mindset around eating. I have followed Lindsay on IG for years now and I love seeing her cheerful self and take in all the tips she provides on that platform. After talking my partner's ear off about how lovely she is, he then gifted me a meeting with Ally, who is just as wonderful. We chatted meal plans, the science behind it all, provided great resources with tips and tricks. Ally was so understanding and accommodating while I tried to create these new habits in my life. You can tell the love she has to help and share her knowledge. It all really opened my eyes to my options with a busy schedule. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Lindsay is brilliantly intelligent, a razor-sharp listener, and her analysis of a client’s dietary mental factors is literally on par with a psychologist. Most importantly, Lindsay’s caring and compassionate style is exactly what someone needs as they grapple with making lifestyle changes.

If I could give Lindsay 10 Stars I would. The food she creates is absolutely amazing. She makes it so easy with her program. When you think healthy eating, you think a lot of work. We have three kids and all play competitive sports. She really makes meal planning so simple for busy families. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thanks Lindsay can't wait to try more and more of your recipes!
