Great roadside rest stopGood number of picnic tables. Outhouse facilities reasonably clean. Easy access. We've stopped here a few times while travelling Highway 17 and will again.

several single car spots for regroup and stretch, with 24hr accessible toilets (3/5 stars) and lots of garbage bins. two points of egress/ingress to enable safe pull in and out onto the busy highways blind corner. big boat launch, on what I've found to be a quiet lake, as the closest cabins far enough away to feel secluded.

Very nice little spot by the lake right on the highway. Shady and fully furnished. Great stop.

Nice views of the Pimisi bay (Mattawa River) and decent chemical toilets. Good spot to stop on your way down Highway 17.

Good place to stop have parking and facility. And a nice view to the lake. Not open in the winter.

I love getting rocks from here. And the water is always warm. But my boyfriend did leave his favorite knives there, this was upsetting

Pretty spot, lots of receptacles, so usually very clean. It's small, but there are a few picnic tables and a great spot for launching a small craft. On the Mattawa River, so huge potential.

Lovely little picnic spot and access point/boat launch on the Mattawa River. Right on the trans-Canada highway (17).
