Horrible. I wouldn't call Mila an artist at all. She's very passive and doesn't do permanent make up well. Her Instagram photos are very telling. It says a lot when you have to make fake profiles and give yourself 5 star ratings.Based on Mila's response to my review, she's mad and a hypocrite. My review is fake? Take a look in the mirror before calling people fake. I've read your reviews, all these reviews on Google are fake. You and your husband 5 star your businesses under fake names.Take a look at how she keeps her items to do permanent make up. Very unhygienic. The numbing container is filthy. The pigment bottles are full of smudges and marks. Why is there already a plastic sleeve on the machine cord? It's suppose to be changed out for each client. The plastic measurement guide for eyebrows looks as if it has never been cleaned, that also should be cleaned for each client. The pink mirror should also be cleaned for each client, considering random people are touching it throughout the day. Applied polysporin on me twice while double dipping. Didn't disinfect my skin with any sanitizer. I could smell the baby wipes when she wiped my face with them, those should be scent free.

i purchased the eyebrow permanent make up thru groupon.i had micro-blading done on my brows and permanent make up (tattoo) upper and lower eyeliner.I am very pleased with the results.Mila was very pleasant, and professional.I think she is a very talented artist.I will recommend her to my friends, as a matter of fact my girlfriend who went with me, has signed up to have hers done.Thank you Mila!

Each year my niece visits from England and I try to find something different for us to do together so this year... PERMANENT EYELINER. I was impressed with the service. Although our practitioner was young, she took her job very seriously. No chit-chat. Very focused. She made sure the lines all matched and were symmetrical even when I was fine with it. The premises were clean and bright and she gave us an excellent price even though we hadn't come through Groupon. I'd had this done before years ago, using powerdered ink and a wire brush. That practitioner now charges over $1000 and it doesn't last. Mila's technique was up to date, involving a proper needle. I was very pleased and am happy to give her a 5-star rating. She did not solicit this review.

I absolutely LOVE Mila! She did a beautiful job on.my eyeliner so now I returned to have my brows done as well. The clinic is bright, clean.and Mila is delightful as well. Thank you so much!

I was nervous about going to Mila’s clinic a week ago Monday due to my past experiences with permanent eyebrows from other beauty technicians, but as soon as I met with her I felt I was in good hands. Mila is a real professional. I was very happy with her work, my eyebrows looks amazing. Thank you so much again Mila :)

Mila was friendly and professional during my eyebrow tattooing. We consulted together on the right colour and I was 100% pleased with the choice. She numbed my eyebrows first and seriously, it was the first time I can say the procedure was painless. Uncomfortable, yes, but she worked on one eyebrow for a short time, then the other, then back to the first, and so on until they both were done. That also made it more comfortable.I'm delighted with my new eyebrows. I would recommend Mila with total confidence.

I've been coming for treatments at Mila's place since 2017. I don't live in Richmond Hill but travel quite a distance here to come for treatments. It is worth it. Mila is wonderful, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend her services.
