We worked with Lorrie to get approved for our first mortgage, she was excellent throughout the whole process and answered all of many questions and got us a great rate. Highly recommend working with Lorrie and her team.

We actually live (and bought a home) in Manitoba, but had family who had moved from Calgary back home who used Lorrie and recommended that we give her a call. We are very glad we did!! As first time homebuyers we had no idea where to start, and Lorrie and her team were incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions! They always responded very quickly and kept in contact with any changes that were happening. I would absolutely recommend giving the team a call if you're looking for a home (even if it's not in Alberta!)

A little late with this review. I only have great things to say about Lorrie and her team. They made it possible for us to buy our first place in August. Lorrie and her team had patience with us through some tough and confusing times. They all are very knowledge and were available to answer questions anytime. They all truly went to bat for us and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received and our new place.

I went to Lori at the recommendation of a past client and I am so happy I did, although I did not work with Lori directly. Danielle was the gal I worked with and she was fantastic. I was new to and unfamiliar with the whole home buying process and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Though I had the option to complete documents and mail them back to the office, Danielle set appointments with me at my request and reviewed all the documents so I understood what I was signing. There was an issue with my condo bylaws that would have prevented me from buying the condo... It was Danielle (and not my realtor) who got to the bottom of things. Even now, months later, Lori's office checks in to make sure that everything is going well... plus they got me a great rate!!

We(me and my wife) were able to get mortgage approval and purchase house only because of Lorrie and team. Big thanksWe found a perfect home in oct 2020, tried everywhere with other mortgage brokers and they couldn’t get approved, wasted 2-3 months.But when contacted Lorrie, she got us approval within a week moved in Nov 2020. I was referred to Lorrie and her team by a family friend. As a first time home buyer, I was very lost and overwhelmed by the entire process. I had no idea where to being from. I can't say enough about the positive experiences I've had with Lorrie and her team. I first heard about her 10 years ago and since then she's helped me with several purchases and refinances. As a self employed person I had a hard time getting a mortgage on my townhouse, even though I'd paid on time for 5 years the bank still wanted to keep my parents as cosigner, but Lorrie got me approved on my own. She has since helped me get into a second property so I could own rather than lease for my business and recently she helped me get into my dream home! I always get better rates than anything the bank quotes as well. Kayla and Danielle are others I've worked with there and they're fantastic too. In addition to the team's knowledge and assistance, they also have the best presence with their clients. You can tell they really care. I've sent a lot of family & friends their way and would highly recommend.
