I bought some cheddar cheese bagels and mini pecan pie.OMG, they are both to die for.I will go and get more food when I get back into the area.Definitely worth showing up and trying.

The Cheese Bagels and Butter Croissants are to die for!The Cheese Bagels are Montreal Bagel style, and incredibly cheesey! I threw mine in the oven for about a minute, and smothered them with cream cheese.The Butter Croissants are super flakey, buttery, and soft n' dough pully on the inside!

Last night I bought a mixed pack of croissants from ap bakery at the Niagara Falls x maw market. I have to say they were the BEST ones I have ever had and for years I worked in high end kitchens and hotels. We put them in the oven to warm them this morning and they were amazing. I live in Niagara but I will for sure be driving to brantford on the regular to get baked goods from them. NOBODY IN NIAGARA IS ANYWHERE NEAR THE LEVEL THAT THIS PLACE IS ON.

Great baked goods and great people. I bought the cheese bagels and pretzels they were so fresh and tasted delicious. I'll be back for more soon. Definitely check it out if you're in the area of either their Brantford or Niagara location and if you're not in the area it's worth the drive.

I may have tried everything they offer. Bagels, Brioche, Pretzels, croissants, pecan tarts, each and every item they offer is absolutely delicious and so fresh. Knowing it’s made daily is a treat in itself.Will be trying new items when they bring them out!Worth every cent! And you can preorder directly makes it a game changer in the Bakery business in Brantford!
