I travel from North Vancouver for my laser hair removal. Staff is great - friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. I've spent thousands of dollars at another well known facility only to have burns on my face and thicker hair growth after a series of treatment. I feel like I am finally in capable hands and am so happy with the care and service I have received so far. Bonus: the treatments are almost painless as their machine is amazing... Kudos to the staff is also so helpful and talks you through the visits.

Joti was very professional and welcoming. she explained me pre and post care for laser hair removal and made my appointment very comfortable.

Came here last December to do my eyebrows threaded and tinted. She made my brows so thin. I was so upset. But I said, maybe because I didn't specify what I wanted to do.Came back today 22 Jan 2023 and specifically told her before she started, not too make it too thin and she still did. Not coming back ever again!I was a customer for more than 10 years and I've never been dissatisfied til now. I am so upset with my eyebrows right now. I have to wait for another month for it to grow...
