If you want 10/10 service, professionalism, and patience then Mike (MP. Computers) is the one to call. I lost 10 years of Quicken data and Mike was able to restore it all for me. As a new client, Mr Pruner was quickly available to service two laptops using different operating systems with which we were having difficulty. We found him to be very knowledgeable, and patient in explaining and responding to questions. The work was completed thoroughly, and to our complete satisfaction. Mike replaced the keyboard on my old macbook pro. The first attempt didn't go well because the replacement keyboard turned out to be u/s with a few dud keys, but he took it back and replaced it again - this time successfully, no extra charge. It took a couple of months in total, as I'd told him it was not a priority, but the end result is good.

Mike is very knowledgeable in his field. My computer completely crashed and he was able to extract the data to install in a new computer. He built the new one based on my needs. He always took the time to discuss any issues I had.

I have been using MP Computer Services for the last 20 years, but in the last year and a half we have had to rely much more heavily on the computer due to the much heavier workload, so much so that very recently my computer crashed and there was a mountain of information that had to be recovered. This would take many hours to do, as my hard drive was done. Mike provided me with his usual excellent service and we are now back in business. Thank you. Very professional!!

Great service, he kept me updated on the status of the repair. Unfortunately my computer had too much water damage but he was able to save my files for me and was nice enough to drop it off at my place between jobs.
