Awesome Nails

The staff here are all so nice. I have been getting my nails done here for about 5 months and they always do a great job. My daughter got her nails done for her birthday and she loved the designs they did for her.

Awesome nails has such amazing customer service, very nice people !I had ava and she was so good. She was able to do Korean style jelly nails and that is not very common. Any style you bring and show them they could do it! There’s not a design they couldn’t do. And they’re so careful when it comes to shaping I love it !

I followed Awesome Nails on Instagram for a long time and I needed nails for my university graduation and my wedding. Vinh did those sets for me and I was never left disappointed! Vinh’s shaping when it comes to nails is unreal. Everyone would always ask me who did my nails when they saw them! ❤️

Great place to buy nail primer. I'm just beginning to do my nails at home, and primer was my missing link. I called 4 other nail salons to no avail (didn't sell primer and not really interested in helping me), but was so happy to call Awesome Nails and speak with a gentleman (maybe the owner?). He was super helpful! When I went in to purchase the primer, he gave me additional tips and was such a delight. My nail polish stuck on and hasn't lifted despite long baths or washing dishes. I definitely recommend their nail primer and appreciate the fantastic service!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I always get compliments on my nails and I’m never hesitant to tell people where to go. Vinh has been doing my nails for 3+ years now and I’ve never left dissapointed. Everyone there is extremely friendly, professional and honest. The price is also very fair for the amount of work put in. Everyone is amazing at what they do, just make sure to communicate what it is you are wanting while booking the appointment. 10/10!

Love my nails, amazing experience with Vinh! He is so thoughtful and great attention to detail. Only place where they actually take care of my cuticle before doing my acrylic fill. He can do any designs you want. Love his creativity and supporting a family owned business.

Easy appointment process, great service and kind, friendly staff. Very clean salon. Was extremely pleased with my gel manicure and pedicure, no cuts or pain and looked beautiful.

Went in for a new set last month, nails were chipping the same evening. When I had contacted them while on vacation after an incident that caused me to lose my entire pinky nail and nail bed I questioned the quality of my nails based on the even more extensive chipping that had happened since application. I have had my nails done countless times at a couple of salons in St. Albert acrylics or gel and never once had the issue of chipped polish. They did refund the cost for nail design however also wanted me to take down my initial review in order to give some of the cost back.. this is not how a business should be run just because they wish to keep their squeaky clean reputation as far as reviews go nor a way to do business just to return money to a client for a poorly done job. To add to it, when I went to the second salon to get the nails removed two of those nail techs both examined my nails and noticed my nails were in fact buffed down far too thin thus reason for some sensitivity issues I was having more recently as my natural nail grew below the acrylics. Be wary of getting your nails done here.

This is hands down the best place in St. Albert for nails. The service is always incredible and the staff are so kind and flexible. Can’t recommend enough!
