PJC Jean Coutu

My friends and I went to this Jean Coutu to buy some makeup when we were bored. As soon as we came in, the lady in the cosmetics approached us immediately and asked us if we needed help with anything. We told her we were okay yet she still continued to hover over us and check what we were doing and where we were putting the products. She and her coworkers were acting very suspicious of us for absolutely no reason. When I went to the cash to buy some lip balm, the same cosmetics lady watched me open the product right after I had bought it and right away said that I shouldn’t have gotten it and it wasn’t the best one. She then proceeded to bring another product over and put it in my face trying to get me to buy it. The next day, we came back to get a perfume i had regretted not buying the day before. As soon as we walk in, the same three workers hover over us and the cosmetics lady was insisting on me putting the perfume behind the cash while I finished my shopping even after I had said I was okay holding it. She fully was acting as if I was going to steal the perfume for no reason! Then she went to talk to my 2 friends that speak little French (me and our other friend are both fluent in English and in French) and started asking them if they had stolen a lip gloss we were checking out yesterday because “they couldn’t find it in store”. They continued to blame us for their misplacement on the lip gloss and kept on acting as if we stole the product. Now the real question is, why would we steal a product and come back the next day?

Belle acceuil du personnel, un peu de tout une petite pharmacie de dépannage bien située.

À éviter, surtout pour les prescriptions. Pharmacie toujours débordée. Le temps d’attente au laboratoire est long et les erreurs sont fréquentes. Service a la clientèle qui laisse à désirer!

Okay service… they could’t help with my issue and just went somewhere else.

J'ai eu plusieurs expériences décevantes dans la dernière année au niveau du service client aux ordonnances, mais aujourd'hui était le comble. Les employés n'ont fait preuve d'aucune empathie et n'ont même pas tenté de nous aider malgré la situation exceptionnelle dans laquelle nous nous trouvons actuellement. Bref, nous n'y retournerons malheureusement plus. Sinon, pour ce qui est du magasin en tant que tel, je n'ai rien de particulier à dire.

Incompétent! Le dimanche après-midi, aucun service sérieux. On me dit d'aller à l'urgence de Magog, mais on ne sait pas où est l'urgence! C'est sur la même rue St-Patrice! Une vraie joke. Aucun conseil. Allez chez FamiliPrix sur la rue St-Patrice si vous souhaitez un service professionnel et courtois.

J´ai eu un excellent service. La pharmacienne était extrêmement aidante et professionnelle, service très rapide malgré la complexité du dossier....ma pharmacie habituelle étant une autre bannière dans une autre région. Très soulagée d´avoir eu les médicaments dont j´avais besoin de façon urgente.

Assez honteux. Service aux ordonnances très long à chaque fois. J’ai récemment été aux urgences pendant les fêtes et c’était réglé en moins d’une heure. Malheureusement il a fallu que j’aille à ce jean coutu pour l’ordonnance très simple en soi. 1 HEURE QUARANTE-CINQ MINUTES D’attente. À chaque fois. Aujourd’hui c’était la dernière fois . J’ai essayé l’autre JC sur Sherbrooke en dépannage. Bien maintenant avec leur très bon service, je serai client là. Il me semble que si il regardaient les critiques plus souvent ça pourrait changer ou trop fier pour essayer de s’améliorer.
