It was boxing day 2020 and I was in search of finding a physiotherapist who can help with my back pain. I called several places and Dr. Castra was the only one who had followed up with me and scheduled me in the following morning. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in of how clean the space was and was very comfortable with all the health and safety precautions that are taken at this clinic. Dr. Castra is very knowledgeable, thorough, detailed, professional and follows up if there are any concerns. I was very impressed with his service and I booked a massage therapy session later, which really helped me and also referred my mother who had shoulder pain, and he gave her sound advice and physio treatment. All in all, I always have a positive experience at this clinic, and I highly recommend!

Castra is an amazing physiotherapist and RMT at East Brampton Physiotherapy who has helped me heal from an MCL sprain to my knee. He is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and explains everything in detail but also makes sure it is easy enough for you to understand. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and Castra always welcomes you in with a smile! He ensures to keep you involved in your healing process, always checking in to see how the progress is going in between appointments, and having good availability for booking your next appointment. This was my first time going to a physiotherapist, and I’m glad I decided to give East Brampton Physiotherapy a try because I was very satisfied with the customer service, knowledge, communication and professionalism that Castra provided. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to see a physiotherapist or RMT.

This place is a really good affordable option for physiotherapy and massages. Castra is extremely nice and welcoming and knowledgeable about his field. He communicates really well and is patient with any questions I've had. What I like the most is that when he is unsure he doesn't make up an answer on the spot, he says he doesn't know and then finds resources for you after the fact. He also checks up periodically during the week after your appointment to make sure you are alright and doing okay. An amazing practice run by a very smart and thoughtful individual. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the service that Castra provides; he actually cares and his goal is to see you to recovery. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the treatment. He educates you so that you understand the techniques he uses to alleviate and heal.It’s unfortunate that my family all needed physio, (we’re all patients!) but very fortunate that we picked such a great clinic!

Castra is incredible, even my surgeon was impressed. Broke my wrist in 3 places and had surgery done on it for a plate and 9 screws. Within 6 weeks I was back to daily tasks, and after 3 months I was back to 100% (a real 100%). I've moved to Burlington and still drive to see him if I need physio for any injuries. Completely worth it.

I have never met a more professional person than Dr. Castra, he helped me recover from my shoulder injury, don't go anywhere else, even suggested followup exercises which I continue to do. Thank you Dr. Castra.

Castra is great physiotherapist who cares about his patients recover. I came in with a sprained ankle from basketball. I did 1.5 months of treatment and my ankle is feeling much better. I am now back to playing basketball. I appreciate the advice and care that was provided there.
