There no dogs over 30 pound policy and specification of no German shepherd's pit bulls doberman etc is a little excessive.. they also now own Lakeville , meaning they own 2/3 biggest mini home parks Making it difficult for young home buyers (with dogs)to buy affordable housing in this crazy Market. A review on rules and regulations need to be done

Neighborhood is quiet and lovely, the lot fees are very high for the size of the lot and the snow removal is a little slow during winter. Besides that it's a good place to call home.

Always problems with the water with no communication whatsoever. Lot fees keep going up but the quality of service goes down. Can't wait to move out (sooner than originally planned)
