Friendly service fr the moment, we entered the restaurant.Tasty food and despite many tables were taken and large numbers of take out food was handed to Ueber Eats driver's, the wait time was not bad.The food was tasty, the price very acceptable and certainly below the average cost of a restaurant meal these days.I would say, you can't go wrong here.

Best thin skin dumplings in Vancouver! lion head meatballs is delicious eaten with a bowl of steam rice. Very consistent flavors. We have been dining here for over 15 years and have never been disappointed.

Best Shanghainese cuisine in Vancouver proper. Their ginger beef, spicy tofu seafood hot pot and Szechuan green beans are favorites. The Shanghai rice cakes are unique too in that they make the rice cakes a perfect level of tacky and chewy, in my opinion better than the identical looking Korean sliced rice cakes.Service is always very friendly and welcoming as well, and the waitress Lisa is very warm and efficient. Food comes out fairly quickly once you order.Best place to park is one block north.

I have been ordering takeout for years and the last 4-5 times the quality of the food has been getting progressively worse. Today the lemon chicken was clearly old, cold and incredibly dry. The lemon sauce was so watery - it’s usually thick - with no lemony flavour. The sweet and sour pork was also old, cold and very dry and hardly any sauce came with the order. The chicken fried rice was decent but cold. Really not impressed, especially since the prices have increased and the restaurant no longer gives you a free order of spring rolls when you order over $50.

The house special fried rice and the ginger beef are blessings! I especially crave the ginger beef every time I'm reminded of it. And this time since I was visiting a friend from the states, we bought some and I brought some back with me to have for lunch or tomorrow's breakfast.

Lin Chinese Cuisine and Tea House
I had their lunch special of house special chowmein today. It came with a bowl of hot and sour soup. Waitress lady was smiling and showed to care about customers. Dish was yummy (probably the best in 5km radius) and the price was so honest unlike most of others going with the trend of inflation little too much. Highly recommended.
