From the minute me and my daughter walked in to browse she was very courteous and helpful in assisting us. As an excitable customer and indecisive daughter I worried we were making more work for her but throughout the whole experience she was very polite, down to earth and professional. I went to pick up the graduation dress today and the alterations are perfect. Rougly 10 years ago she did alterations on a dress I had bought on short notice elsewhere, and was excellent. Also, her husband is very friendly. I am planning on returning in the future for wedding dress shopping, highly recommend Marie.

First of all let me say the store owner is a very nice lady.. but the employee working there is not.I bought my graduation dress there in 2014. No problems. Go back in 2016 to buy my wedding dress and I am absolutely disgusted at the excuse of customer service I received. The lady who served" me was outrageously rude. She pushed my mom away from the dresses because she "wasn't allowed to touch the zipper" and told me I was too big for a certain style dress.My experience was so terrible I wouldn't go to another bridal store and ended up buying my wedding dress online.."

They just finished fixing my dress up to fit me well we were trying it on the girl who worked there tightened the corset up really tight we heard a rip the girl was looking at the dress and told us it’s was fine there was nothing wrong the dress was not ripped I don’t know if she noticed it or not but It was in plain sight when my graduation came around I noticed that one of the loops on the corset was an inch bigger and pulled out more than the rest.

Our experience was nothing less than stellar. While visiting Grand Falls-Windsor from NS, we went to Marie's Bridal and Sewing Shop to look at prom dresses and it was here that my daughter found the dress". Marie stayed after closing to assist us and went the extra mile to complete the alternations before our trip was over. I really can't say enough about the customer service and kindness shown to us. Would highly recommend this location for both formal purchases and alternations."
