Michelle is the one who introduced me to yoga. I love her classes, and I have a tendency to compare all others to her. So far, I haven't found anyone who makes me feel as comfortable in a class as she does.

I am thankful to have had Michelle as a Yoga instructor to help guide me through my early days of practice and although I now miss seeing her weekly - she is still a part of my practice either virtually (thank you technology) or during my current classes as I find myself remembering her cues to help me in certain poses - she is amazing and I am blessed to call her my friend!
