They could not get the right colour paint to match the original car colour. Poor quality installation (uneven gaps). Left over glue residue on body. I could go on. In short, Would not recommend.

Nice people, but such poor quality control. Was told 5 times my car was ready for pick up, but long lists of flaws kept it in the shop each time. Glaring deficiencies. One was a door that was misalligned so badly it caused more damage. I picked it up on the 5th try and still have to bring it back. Sigh. The people dealt with my concerns well and addressed all of the problems. I don't mind more time for repairs as long as it it completed well. These problems could be rectified with more oversight and checks before a car is presented to a customer as ready to go.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves some praise. Someone tried breaking into my car and ripped my door handle off along with busting the lock. Took it to the dealership and they couldn’t get the job done before I had to leave town. Went to Collision King and told them my situation and that I needed it ready in 4 days time. They went out of their way to quickly find parts, paint and get a new handle & lock on. Very pleased with their speedy work and help to get me turned around quickly. Thank you Brent and Collision King crew!!

First of all Mike a big thank you for the work performed on my Cadillac...you are truly a man of passion in your talents. These people at Collision King are truly the best!!! The damage was not a routine slap the fender on and done...it required an expertise to bring it back like new..just so pleased with the workmanship and professional demeanour of all staff. I had my car broken into and my glass smashed and had this place recommended. They were awesome! Great service and communication, kind, gave me warm drinks while I waited (very cool coffee machine) and called to update me on what was going on and also made sure I had a ride when I dropped the vehicle off and everything! When I came to pick up the car it was in in great shape. They cleaned and detailed the inside and outside of my van (Avanda) and she looked shiny and new :) Thanks guys! Would to totally recommend to anyone in need

Very good experience here. They scheduled me in quick and had the parts quickly as well, even with a bit of a set back once they took the damaged part off. The vehicle came back clean inside and out, and the body work was done flawlessly. 10/10 would go back and recommend!
