Awesome business that provides all you'll need for an Alberta camping excursion. We rented a tent for a week after realizing our own gear couldn't fit in our suitcases. We were able to book a few weeks before our trip and it saved us so much stress! The staff were extremely kind and made sure we had all the information needed for a successful week out. A huge perk was the fact that they had a free" bin on site. We were able to get cooking oil

Amazing, friendly interactions with the staff and extremely reasonable rates for the quality gear and service I received. My baggage with my gear was delayed but I didn't want to miss out on my vacation plans, so I showed up at the door and they were able to get me set up with the backpacking bundle right away. They even customized the standard offerings for my trip (a mix of backcountry and car camping), which made my stay in the frontcountry much more pleasant. Every part of my experience with them made a stressful situation so much easier and I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone in a similar tough spot!

Renting camping equipment was almost too easy with rent-a-tent. Everything was ready to go when I showed up and they even provided a heavier duty 3 season tent when they saw that it was going to be cold, rainy and snowy during my trip. All of the equipment provided was in great condition and it was nice to have literally everything you need for camping provided. Highly recommend this business and will rent from them again on my next trip to Banff

We also additionally hired paddleboards and bear spray, nothing was ever an issue and received great instruction on how to set up/use etc.. The gear is top quality, the prices are quite reasonable and the packages are extremely well thought out. To top it all off, you can expect to be greeted with a smile, a lot of useful tips and maybe a spot discount! Amazing service.

Had a excellent experience with Rent-A-Tent in Canmore. Went with their B Package for two people and the gear provided was excellent. Pickup and drop off was really easy. I recommend the upgrade to the ThermalRest Dreamtime sleeping pad if your car camping, much more comfortable than my personal self-inflating sleeping pad.The services provided made flying from out of province to camp in Alberta a breeze!
