Ivan Tutor

Ivan was my tutor throughout high school and greatly improved my performance in math courses from fundamental math to grade 12 calculus during this time. He is very knowledgeable about the course material and is familiar with the style of course assessments while providing insightful tips and ways of solving problems in ways which students benefit from. Especially when problems can get frustrating, Ivan is very good at communicating how they can be broken down and worked through. Would recommend to any student!

Ivan is a young professional, talented and very organized tutor. He has tutor my son, and we can't be happier. Not many are good at math and are able to teach it patiently and efficiently. He is clear in his explanations and, in the process, has thought my son to be more organized with his notes and consistent with his practice. He is flexible with time and has very convenient ways to book short and long sessions and pay for them. I love when I get his reports and copy of the notes they made during sessions. I regularly pay an amount and I'm able see how much they have used and how much is left.

I've had Ivan as a math tutor for the past 2-3 years and I can definitely say that he significantly helped me, whether through learning math concepts or in honestly just building confidence. I would like to point out that he not only guided me through high school math, but also through university level math fairly well and understandable.As I was with Ivan in zoom calls, he had also taught me various life lessons, whether how to approach new profs, understanding their styles, understanding bell curves and honestly just how to have a good university experience.Ima be honest, if I didn't have Ivan as a resource through these years, I would have been a different person entirely, grade wise and confidence wise.

Ivan is an excellent instructor. He started tutoring both of my kids when they were in Grade 12. He prepared them well for the University math, and then continued helping with advanced math courses such as: Calculus, Linear algebra, Trigonometry, etc. He was very serious, punctual, patient and well organized.
