I went to this place yesterday because they were the only ones open. I'm guessing management goes home at 5 because they asked me if I weighed it first and I said no. the hockey bag took 2 men to lift out and they said it was only 50 pounds when I told them I wanted my stuff back they took half of what I gave them and dumped it on the ground in front of me and refused to give me the rest of it and proceeded to tell me to bring my stolen goods eltswhere. I own a demolition company and was very offended by these people will never go there again and will tell everyone I know.

Top notch place overall, customer service was fantastic, the facility is clean and well taken care of and the workers are knowledgeable. Highly recommend attending this place if you are in the Niagara or Hamilton area.

I have been regularly going to AIM in St Catherines for almost a year and I cannot say enough good things. Everyone on the staff is cheerful and makes each visit a fun experience. Domenic the relationship manager goes above and beyond to insure a fair price for what you bring and doesn't leave anything to guessing.Fast, efficient, and fair are 3 words I use to describe my experiences there everytime.

Started coming here after Adelateins closed (our previous recyclers) first impressions I was amazed how clean the yard was and was actually surprised to see a sweeper cleaning the yard as we were always nervous about nails in our tires at previous recyclers. we now exclusively use them for all our scrap metal, they always pay top dollar, very nice and competent staff. and I cant say enough how incredibly clean their facility is.

Asphalt coated yard , very clean , organized and less risks of getting punctured tires.The entire staff here is amazing a very knowledgeable.Precious metals staff, Wes and Ryan are fantastic to work with.The ladies up front, Shannon, Kirsten and Jessica always make sure your time is well spent.One of the best yards in the area and very competitive pricing...When in the area, one of my favorite yards.

Besides having the cleanest facility in all of the region, the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I’m so happy to have found a place to drop off my scrap metal where i actually enjoyed the experience. I will not go anywhere else now regardless of what others might offer to pay for my scrap. That said, I was delighted with the price they gave for my scrap metal.
