Amazing customer service. Came in having never had a water dispenser before. The staff was very informative but also quick in serving us with respect to the social distancing protocol associated with Covid-19.We look forward to dealing with this amazing team in the near future and will also be sure to recommend to all of our friends and family for their water needs.

Great prices on water, salt is fairly priced otherwise accessories could be better prices. Overall 5 star I am in and out and the staff is attentive. I will continue to buy salt and water from this location.

Fast and helpful service! They spent the time to test the water for me as I often use them for my Aquarium water. The prices are reasonable and they have great packages and lots of bottle selection.

The water is consistently fresh and pure.The customer service is also exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.Overall, I highly recommend this bottle water company. 5 stars!

Just visited this location for the first time with my 2 little ones and Norma was fantastic with the boys and taught them how to clean our water bottles as I was getting the initial sign up started. She also helped with the fill up for our bottles. Great customer service at this location:)

Great experience here! These folks here were just great. Helpful and friendly. Very welcoming and it really makes the whole process painless. My experience at the Kitchener location was an experience best forgotten. Fast and efficient! Good job folks!!

So, I just returned 6 bolts with a $10.00 deposit we had the bottles for a year they were dusty a little but still in good condition they women refuse to give me my full refund, I got back $30 because they were a little dirty, I should have taken a picture.

I visited the water depot for the first time yesterday and had a really pleasant experience. There was a young man there (I wish I had gotten his name) who really provided the “small town” experience. By that I mean that in addition to providing excellent service, he was so kind and caring, asking one man about his family members who he recalled and genuinely being interested in how my day went. He was the epitome of someone who enjoyed his job and people. He definitely reminded me what true customer service is! Cheers to water depot for having great peopleWorking for you!

Very knowledgeable staff. I had a lot of questions regarding chemical/heavy metal removals and alkalizing water for my well water and the nephew of the manager was extremely helpful and educated about everything. It was a very busy place but he managed to assist everyone and help me on his own! Highly recommend
