all the staff we're nice and mm drink was made how i had asked and i'm very picky how my drinks are made its one of my fav places to go on a hot summer day or a cold winter day its a 5 star for me

Staff make rude comments and snicker among themselves about customers. Especially one male staff who moves at a snail’s pace while he is yapping constantly and making mistakes on orders…

I always enjoy a java from Starbucks.. and can't help but think of the scene set in Dr Evil's lair when #2 and the doctor enjoy a cup of magic and a laugh.. moohaha!

Almost all the staff are inexperienced and do not care about customers opinion enough to try fix their mistakes. I have been there three times in hopes to get better service however each time, even though there were different staff, all gave the same result. This is the only Starbucks in Kenora and it has left a terrible impression on me and my friends. For example I have received a beverage that was not filled to the top like it always is in Whitehorse. When I asked the lady at the front about it she said they usually are filled that high. I told her my opinion based on my experiences on Starbucks and she refused to listen and just simply said this is how it is supposed to be" When I have a concern with my product I expect to receive help with a positive attitude and not to be turned away."

Staff was apologetic: they had flavoured syrups for coffee, but wouldn't sell me one because they thought they might run short.

Highly disappointed. Ordered a Carmel machiatto to take home with me and it has a very strong burnt taste to it.

Very nice staff even it was early morning 7.30 or so. Coffee like always good. Recommend.
