The Velo Love Bike Shop by DREAM CYCLERY
We have been going to this shop in all their incarnations since their inception. We love so much. The bikes we have bought from them have lasted the test of time (decades), and they are one of the few places left where it feels like a retail store is more of a community hub. The number of times they have simply given us free advice or service cannot be counted. If all stores were like them, the world would be a better place!

Very helpful and down to earth staff. They took the time to help me out even though I am beginner. They happily answered all my questions and sold me the perfect bike for me. They set it up right away on the spot which made the whole buying experience very smooth. They did not try to oversell me at all which makes for a great shopping experience. They were happy to get me on the bike and try it out without pressuring me to buy.They have a great website that shows what they have in stock at their various locations.Its geeat to know that this is the kind of shop and service is still accessible. I will definitely be buying all my bike related stuff here in the future.

They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect bike. The shop has a great selection of bikes and accessories, and the prices are very reasonable. My front brake got torn while I was riding. I got so upset. Came back to my car. One of our B1 cycling members recommended Velo love. I brought the bike. Vince look at it and fixed it so quickly. He also educated me on some cycling tricks. I definitely recommend this place. So caring. So friendly. Thank you Vince ❤️❤️

The Velo Love Bike Shop by DREAM CYCLERY
Dropped the bike for a new chain replacement. The mechanic break the dropout shift cable stop somehow, can claimed it's already broken when the bike is dropped. I had to find and purchase the new part myself and deliver it to them. Try to avoid this store if you don't want surprise.
