Tip : Don't call them. Just think as this clinic doesn't have a telephone system, then this's one of a good clinic. :)If you went there and they tell you to book appointment again for next visit, ask them for the credential for online booking. (For this first time log-in, you need the code from the clinic. They can email it to you). Then you can book appointment yourself. I called them to book and wait for total 50 mins. I will never called again. Either use online booking or going there in-person.

Very frustrating to deal with this place. Called to book an appointment as I have horrible strep throat and cant swallow. Was relieved to find out they could do a telehealth appt but not for a number of hours. Ok - better than driving out to urgent care....Phone staff asked for my phone number and finished my sentence with it being my cell phone number.So I wait, and wait and wait. 15 minutes after my appointment, their office was still closed for lunch.So I keep calling. I finally get through and get told I was a no show"Umm no lady.Find out that the phone number we literally talked about was not used

My name is Ravinder (Raja) Bains. Dr. Grootendorst is my family physician and I would like to say that he is an amazing physician. Dr. Grootendorst has gone out of his way in giving me the care when I needed it and I am sure that he is the same with all his patients. Dr. Grootendorst really cares about his patients wellbeing and I am very lucky to have him as my doctor.

Had a great experience here for a walk in clinic. The doctor was prompt and professional and solved an ongoing issue I’ve had for years. It wasn’t challenging to get an appointment like most of the clinics in the lower mainland.

When calling this office, I am consistently on hold for around 30 minutes and often still don't get answered (you get kicked after about 30-40 minutes and have to leave a message). My experiences with the doctors themselves have been fine but reception has been frustrating to deal with.I’m sure they’re busy, and I don’t necessarily blame the staff but whatever system they have running feels very inefficient and provides a poor patient experience.I've had to call the office multiple times in the last few months and have tried at various times throughout the day, it’s always the same experience. I often find myself making multiple long calls in the same day just to get through for simple appointments or follow up’s and have rarely been answered in a “timely” fashion.Frustratingly, many issues need to be dealt with, or get referred by other offices, to my family doctor. This forces me me to suffer through calling this office even when other offices answer much quicker.If you don’t need a your family doctor at this office specifically, I’d suggest booking an appointment elsewhere as it’s much easier.Definitely set up the online portal if you can, although I cannot yet comment on how well it works.

This clinic helped my mother when our family dr. was on mat leave and didn't have a locum. Now they have accepted her in their family practice. So grateful to Dr Grootendorst for this.He cared for my aunt for many years in his previous location. Very thorough and kind.

Good customer oriented clinic. I had an appontment to see a doctor. Got there 20 min later due to weather. Dr. Jamal stayed over his time to accomodate me. I liked Dr. Jamal's approach, he is diligent and caring doctor

My family doctor is Dr. Perri. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly family doctor. He listens to all your concerns and then explains what could be happening. He works with the patient in getting down to determine solutions and further diagnosis by test results. I can wholly recommend Dr Perri!

My experience here is similar to other patients. A lack of courtesy and respect for patients from the front-end staff. Dr Jamal unfortunately lacks compassionate care for me as a patient. This is based on my previous visits here. I feel rushed, and my needs/concerns generally ignored. I think they forget that they took an oath before becoming licensed doctors. Do better and incorporate compassionate patient care.

Our family has found their staff to be kind and efficient. They’re a busy clinic and it’s super helpful to have their online booking & messaging system! Dr Fox is a caring and attentive GP.
