Okay layout but overall pretty bad walkway design. Nice shelter design but they barely protected you from the wind. And let's not mention those abysmal heat" light."

Station Rapibus Labrosse
This park-and-ride station has a small heated section, which is better than many stations (Where you have to freeze waiting up to an hour for transfers) However, despite this being a major station, there are no restrooms or vending machines. There IS a building with restrooms and vending machines but it is locked and for STO staff only.There is an emergency phone, and and there are digital displays to show expected wait times for busses.

It's a well built bus station. It has heating options for the winter, and free wifi. The seats are designed strange (I imagine to prevent people from getting into others personal space) but there are no basics here. No payphone (just in case your cell dies) and seeing as it's the end of the line, it would be good to have some sort of infrastructure there, like the station at la cite. It's an awesome bus stop, but it's not 5 star. Just for comparison, a 5 star bus stop for me would have more accommodations. I have to say though, parking is adequate.

Awesome station. Only thing missing is a machine to refill your card. That would be super cool if they put one here.

Like the other station of the Rapibus, it is great. There's heated room for the harsh winter days. My only complaint would be that the parking is too small, ao if you want to park right there, you'll need to get there early.

Sometimes there is some trash laying around but it is very well built. Not enough wind shelter and doesn't have a bathroom for the public.

Well laid out, easy to navigate to find your stop. Plenty of parking for the park 'n ride system. Buses are punctual too.

Station Rapibus Labrosse
The first stop in Gatineau to get on the Rapibus, although the parking is good and a few minutes around will get you to a gas station, a few parks and shops, but the actual station lacks bathrooms and electricity outlets. There are lamp heated and rain/wind proof shelters on the upside as well as a good constant wifi connection through the whole station area.

Buses are always on time . When there is a route change , you get the notifications right away and you get faster to work .sometimes they do have some issues but overall it's good
