We had Howard come to the rescue because our sink wasn't draining. He was very knowledgeable and eficient in his solutions for our repair. He educated us in what we can do to prevent the blockage from happening again. 100% recommend this company!

Don't waste time with this company, made an appointment for yesterday afternoon, called and confirmed he was coming before I made the hour drive home only to be left waiting without a phone call or reason for not showing. Waste of time and money considering you are less than 15min away from my house. Lady who answers the phone needed some training too. Pretty sad!!!

Around 1:45 PM today, May 19, 2023, near Central Parkway Rd. East and Rathburn Rd. East in Mississauga, the driver of this company's vehicle cut me off. They then changed lanes again without signaling. They need to be more careful.

They charged $300+ to replace a cartridge in the shower a month ago. I paid it on the spot. Then a month later was sent an additional shakedown bill of $400+ to turn off the water. At no point did they mention there would be any additional costs. The two bills double list charges, so they are clearly double charging for work.I'm excited to see what they'll decide to charge me with next month.
