TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Love this Branch. They are very caring, treats you like family. Christine was awesome; she is very kind, easy to talk to and very helpful.

Great branch and team. Came to this branch by chance while driving, stopped in to do banking and the service was top notch. Took the time to look after what I came in to do, did not feel like I was just another customer in line. I have been back many times since and always happy with what they do. Great job to this branch and team.

Best TD branch. The Preston location has always been great to me and my family. Staff always welcomes me like I’m an old friend visiting, takes care of my financial needs and I leave knowing I’m in good hands.

I've been coming to this Branch since I moved to Preston in 1981. I have seen so many staff come and go through retirement and job changes. The building itself has gone through many changes too. Some of the staff remember me by my first name which is great. I am glad it is open again as going to other branches is time consuming.

Friendly staff and quick service, and a convenient downtown location.

My boyfriend and i have booked an appointment with this branch 3 times now and it has been canceled every time due to the lady having a personal emergency. only once out of the three times was i even contacted to tell me it was cancelled. the last time we re booked i strongly urged that this was a very important matter and that i would take my business elsewhere if they couldn't commit to this appointment and the teller assured me my appointment wouldn't be cancelled again. i think this bank is great if you just need to deposit your check or handle small banking needs but if you have anything very big to handle i would suggest going to a different branch as if they cant handle an appointment seriously they probably cant handle bigger banking needs seriously.

This branch used to be great. But since the beginning of 2015 the staffing of tellers has been horrible. Always a line up and usually only two tellers working. So if one is tied up (or worse two) it only leaves one to handle the rest of the people. I feel sorry for the staff. TD bank obviously only cares about profit. Not about its customers or its staff. And most of the experienced staff have seemed to disappear. I wonder why?

The teller deposits my check on a Thursday it was dated for Friday her mistake she should of checked the dates as a bank teller and the check was returned to my account spoke to the manager this morning absolute garbage customer service told me nothing she can do for me can’t wait to resolve this issue so I can keep it moving up the road to cibc

I am never going back to this location. Our investor was not interested in what we really want. What a waste of time. An hour and a half of my life I'll never get back
