This was my first time coming here to get a gel fill and overall the salon is very well kept! There had been some confusion with the booking, but the gentleman at the front desk (manager?) handled the situation very well. We ended up waiting 30mins+ before we had our nails done, but as this is a new salon I understand the mix up. The customer service from the store manager (at least I assume he was the manager) was absolutely amazing; asking everyone if they needed water or anything else, and apologizing for the wait numerous times.My fill was a pretty average gel fill. The kind lady who did my nails didn't speak much English, but understood exactly what I wanted. The gel application was a little rushed and messy but the end result was very smooth and well done. The underside of my nails was also left a little rough and could have been cleaned up a tad better.Overall I would definitely recommend this salon for the customer service alone, but the nails also stand out among some other salons in St.Albert.

I appreciated that they accept walk-ins. But I could not understand the lady that did my nails so I was asking her to repeat a lot. She got very upset with me. She did my acrylic nails super thick!! Didn't file them properly under and one fell out 2 days after I got it done. I even tried to re-establish some conversation as it was sooooo not my intention to upset her. I honestly could not understand what she was saying. Seriously will never go back. Very bad customer service. And I would have not cared about her rudeness if at least my nails were nice. I paid 20% tip in spite of this. But they were super poorly done.

They were very rough with clippers (sterilized?) on my cuticles. Nail polish application was decent, but… ended up in the doctors office only 3 days later with an infection that required antibiotics! Won’t be back!!

Had a great appointment today with Jenny :) I'm a little nervous with people touching my feet but she was gentle and my toes look great

I had a full set done with Mia today and it was absolutely perfect! I cannot believe this girl got a few bad reviews in the past and it shows me how entitled some women can be! She’s so careful and such a perfectionist. She listened to my expectations and exceeded them. I’ve had pedicure done with Tina before and she was also amazing, going above and beyond with complimentary massages. I’m happy and I recommend this place to all my friends! Don’t even check these poor reviews as people are so quick to jump and try to hurt a business.

Five stars isn’t enough for this business. Wether I’ve booked an appointment or come in as a walk in, they always accommodate. Today, I walked in with my daughter (8) and they took us both in no problem. They were patient with my daughter while she picked her colours and gentle with her manicure. They kept checking in to make sure she was doing ok and liking what was being done. I highly recommend this business and will continue to go here for my nails.

Quick and efficient pedicure! Too many colors to choose from! New store so new massage chairs! Free wifi and parking.

This location does not deserve the 2 stars I am rating it, but I have two positives about this place. First being the salon itself, it is very clean and put together nicely. Very welcoming. Second, the gentleman (whom I think owns this location). He was VERY polite and friendly, compared to his nail technicians. I would have no issues coming back here, if the technicians paid more attention to their customers. My sister and I made an appointment for 1pm, and were not taken in until almost 1:30pm... I left with SORE, bleeding nail beds after my appointment. I have NEVER been cut this many times, and I have been getting my nails done for 4 years. I kept pulling my hands away because Mia was more concerned about everything else going on. She was using the nail drill to file down the gel, and kept looking around and everywhere but my nail AS SHE WAS FILING WITH AN ELECTRIC NAIL DRILL. She worked WAY too fast, and didn't seem to mind when she continually cut my thumb in the same spot. She was working so fast, the drill slipped off my nail and rolled around my finger a couple of times. Not one apology... It was almost as if she had better places to be.My thumb was still bleeding when I left the salon...The overall turn out of my nails were exceptional. I have had very few sets of nails turn out this good. All EXACTLY the same size and shape, and the colors I chose were very nice. Great quality nails. I just can't get past the lack of customer service from the nail technicians, how SORE my nail beds were and how many times I was cut in one session.Super disappointing. Train your technicians to take their time and focus on NOT cutting the customer.
