My experience with Assured was great! Tonja was super helpful, I had issues with the rental vehicle because we had to transfer the car seat, she was so knowledgeable and helped me every step. The whole process was quick and they kept me informed every step. Definitely recommend.

I have now worked with Assured Automotive on Mill Street in Dundas ON twice over the past several months. Both experiences were absolutely fantastic.The Assured Automotive team delivered my vehicle back to me in mint condition and Tonja Bontoft specifically made me feel that my vehicle was being taken care of by the right people, was friendly and extremely informative. Her service was just what I needed at a time when I was flustered and unsure what needed to happen with the vehicle and next steps to rectify the situations at hand.I would recommend Assured, and specifically this location and Tonja, to anyone who asked who is looking for excellent service, quality vehicle work, and a helpful guiding hand.11 / 10 Gold Stars!

This place is horrible, they definitely don't know how to fix vehicles properly and they don't listen. I'd advise you to fix your car anywhere but here. 8k to fix my vehicle and they didn't even fix the main problem. They didn't fix any of the electrical problems with my car at all and they painted over dust which left clumps all over that now need to be sanded and repainted and they didn't put my bumper back on properly. My insurance company forced me to take my car here. Never again.

The entire process of setting the appointment to dropping off my car to the ready say was great!! They even detailed my car and that was a great surprise!Thanks, guys

I would rate the service I received at Assured Dundas a 10 out of 10 . Tom Loft was the quintessential gentleman and is extremely knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service and the work that was performed by the auto body service technicians to repair my truck was exceptional. I would recommend Assured Automotive Dundas to anyone who requires body work / repair.

This was an insurance claim, and they took time to explain what work would be done. They kept in touch by phone as the work proceeded. When I picked up my car, I was surprised and pleased to see they had cleaned the inside...... haven't seen it this clean for months! Thank you!
