Canadian Nanny

We explored this platform with the hope of finding good nanny database for our location, which as advertised and claimed by them is a fairly decent database, but we did not really had a positive experience for the price we paid for subscription. We did not have luck in finding/shortlisting nannies in Richmond, Vancouver area, which is populated with such service providers otherwise. Customer service is quite poor as they don’t work in resolving your concerns. We switched back to free Facebook marketplace and had much better traction over there.

Just a money grab website. Or actually many websites from same company. They keep charging you even after canceling the subscription. They have auto renew system in place, I canceled my subscription in jan and then stopped receiving their emails, but just last week I started receiving emails again from them and then checked my credit card statements for last 2 months. My card was charged even after canceling subscription for 2 months. Had to cancel subscription again but not sure if they still will keep charging my card.Very few local results after listing my job opening. I was on this website for 3 months but no quality candidates applied and I was getting the impression that maybe it is too hard to find a nanny. Paid about 50$ every month without finding right candidate and in total paid for 6 months ( including 3 unauthorized charges).Then posted my job on craigslist in 5 different categories with total cost of 100$ and had many quality candidates apply with in a week and hired a perfect match in January.
