I came here for a waxing service. I didn’t get the name of the girl that waxed me but I wish I did. She was amazing and very thorough. I was really happy with the service!I got her name, it’s Hannah K. She is incredible! So quick, my wax almost painless.

I really like this place. They do a good job. And it's much less painful than similar services I've received at other businesses. I highly recommend it. I keep hoping for a location in Mississauga. :)

I have gone here a couple times for waxes since it’s been the easiest option for me around the area. The service is never amazing here but good enough. What I have found is that it’s extremely important to find a good waxer and stick with them as some are much more inexperienced than others. Since I had found someone that I was happy with, I was willing to continue to book. However I booked my last appointment a few weeks prior to Feb 12th at 5:35pm and when I arrived the business was closed for the day. I was extremely surprised by this since I had received 3 separate messages to confirm my appointment the day of. After realizing that the business was closed, I called to leave a message to find out what had happened. It has been over a month and no one has reached back out to me. If they had gotten back to me within a timely manner I would have considered going back, but since the service is okay to begin with, it’s not worth my time.I typically don’t write reviews for any businesses but I was extremely disappointed about the lack of follow up on this. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place to anyone.*UPDATE OCT/22* I have never gotten a follow up after this review I left months ago. I have also tried to call a couple times to remove myself from their client list texts/emails. I finally got through today, and although the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, they did not ask why I wanted to remove my account with them all together. In my opinion, they clearly do not prioritize customer service

I definitely recommend going to Sue for any of your waxing needs. She’s considerate, always does a great job, and makes you feel so comfortable. I’ve only had the absolute best experiences with her, 10/10 recommend booking with her!

I got my eyebrows shaped at this location, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I got the service I wanted (and needed after a long lock-down). Painless! The management and admin stay ensured I felt comfortable and the space was clean. Extremely happy with this location!

Got three services. Not very thorough at all. Going to have to go over everything with a razor :( extremely disappointed. It’s an hour away from me and it was not worth it.
