EDIT Review:In-store managers and sales staff: 5 starsMobilia's after-sale delivery and installation: 1 starThank you very much for the store's manager and salesman Bin Feng. You guys did go over and beyond to help us get this sorted. We appreciate your help very much for taking care of us and our concerns.To the Mobilia management team, at the second delivery, the installation person, literally, fixed the headboard of our bed and left it in the middle of the living room. The same thing for the dresser, fixed it and left it in the middle of the living room. Really? We offered to help him to bring the bed to our bedroom, but no, he was apparently too busy"

Excellent service from Bin Feng!Customer service is excellent and we bought multiple furniture from him (some are floor models and some were new).He keeps in touch with the clients are offers excellent after-service (the delivery guys were missing some screws to finish the installation of a desk we bought and Bin continued on the follow-up). Always nice to do business with him.(More updates to come once the technician passes by to install the full desk).

When walking in we had no expectations but the service and care we received was outstanding. The product specialist who served Ziane was a superb person to deal with and helped us pick out an amazing sideboard and dining room table. They were respectful, fun to work with and went out of their way to help us from price, to delivery options and making sure everything would be delivered safely and securely.Thank you again and again for such a great experience. We will surely be returning to to Mobilia for other things and highly recommend it to friends. Go see Ziane!

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience at the store with the interior designers Ziane.He was very patient and helpful with what furniture could be useful for our new apartment and gave us great prices. We would definitely return to do more business with him and highly recommend both the store and his services.

Bought chairs there. They were a bit late in arriving but the owner was always polite in answering and doing follow ups. Great chairs, food price. The one in the middle

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.Horrible service. We politely asked the movers to wear boot cover all due to the snow/slush/mud outside. They refused, proceeded to walk inside the house, put mud all over the place, scratch the hardwood floor due to the gravel and salt in their boots and scratched the wall.

Update:Feb 19 - Four stars: The store manager contacted me and was very comprehensive of the situation. He followed-up with customer service for me. I should receive replacements in a few weeks because everything is back order.Feb 16 - One star: Furnitures arrived all scratched and broken. Waiting for them to call me back to get a reimbursement...

It's a nice idea to sell the defected furniture for less but some stuff are still very expensive even when they are broken. The place is ok it is literally just the furniture with the prices.

Very good experience at Mobilia, they have new products every week, it’s always good to check if you need anything. Even though it’s a liquidation store, they have things that is still in very good condition, just need to check before making the final decision.A place that I would highly recommend if you would like something high quality with cheaper prices.
