I've given multiple tries to allow for somebody's off day but I won't be rushing back for service work! I took it in to have a fuel sender replaced. They returned it without testing at all and documented it as good to go.". Only after I payed to replace a sensor they broke. Then I returned the machine (75km one way) to spend another 2.5 hours of troubleshooting to determine that the problem was in the tank. A 5 minute confirmation on the first trip in would have shown them that the whole rest of the system was functioning properly. So about $1200 later I'm going home a second time without a fuel gauge."

First off i dropped over 6 g on parts this mouth and they could careless to even ask name or try to remember a face . Then I need a ram resealed and I get over billed an hour from the agreed-upon price .... 4 hrs to reseal a lift ram on a bobcat 770 that's craziness... been dealing with this for over two weeks now . Come to find out months later that there super mechanic doesn't even know how to tighten battery cables.less then 15 hrs on unit since it was serviced. I don't get the world we live in today customer service is a thing of the past. Unfortunately .

No clue what they are selling as far as parts go for bobcat. Guy beside me bought a bobcat battery without electrolytes added. Painfully long wait. All in all just a poor experience.

I’ve been here lots and dread every time Debbie is involved. Not only does she screw up appointments and doesn’t get what customers are telling her. She does not know what she is doing and when you get mad as a customer she has a mental break down and talks over you repeating your name so she can’t hear what your saying. No this isn’t a child it’s the 70 year old service manager at red deer bobcat named Debbie. Come on Bobcat you can do better starting with her.
