Staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful. Grandkids love giving the dogs treats that are above each dogs pen.Unlike the RSPCA in South mimms which I used to visit and support where you need to schedule a visit, the NAWT allow anyone to pop-in during opening times without an appointment.

We found an ideal dog on the website and we were able to adopt and take her home in 2 weeks. We visited the centre four times and on every visit the staff were very friendly and it was obvious they really care for their animals. Five days later, this is the dog who shied away from me when I talked to her while she was in her kennel.

Really disappointed with my experience at this rescue. Got in contact with them about a solo bunny on their website and had some emails backwards and forwards explaining our set up and that we were looking to bond our female bunny. We provided ID and photos etc and I felt happy with the checks they were carrying out. They do not offer bonding or the ability to bring your current bunny to speed date" any rabbits available and we were sent a contract prior to meeting him and told we could take him the same day and he was removed from their website before we had even seen him.We visited and thought they had a really fantastic set up for the rescue bunnies. Lots of space unlike other rescues where we've seen rabbits squashed into a hutch and stacked up. And the staff were very friendly and helpful on this visit. We were told he was vaccinated and neutered and given his medical check up info as well as 4 weeks insurance and a voucher for a free hay box.We got him home and housed him seperately from our girl and after a day and a half we put him with her in a neutral space to start bonding and he immediately attacked her causing minor injury. Rabbits can be aggressive

We got a rescue dog from here, they were brilliant and ensured animals are going to safe and suitable homes
