Kids & Company

This is such an amazing daycare. They have great program to get kids ready for school. My little man loves going here. The staff are amazing and they even have a cook on staff. They have large play areas so the little kids and big kids have their own space. We love the snack table for a snack for the ride home. This little touch makes a big difference for my drive home. Strongly recommend this daycare.

I've had my kids in a few different daycares, and this one has been the best overall. It's easy to tell the staff genuinely care about our kids on a personal level. My oldest daughter loves going to daycare and tells us wonderful stories about her adventures and things she's learned. Admittedly it feels like there have been some growing pains since the change to Kids & Co, but I know the staff are doing their best, given the circumstances. My family is looking forward to more adventures in the future.

Happy to have my son at this Kids & Company location. Super pleased with how they respect my son's dietary needs and with how each and every staff member treats each child with care.

Kids & Co is such an amazing daycare! My 5 Children(between the ages of 2 to 10) go here and they absolutly LOVE it! I got a new job and now get off earier than i used to and my Kids are always like awww mom, can you pick me up later!! haha The teachers treat my children equally and are so involved with the kids!! They have made us feel welcome since day one and the communication is awesome, your never out of the loop and always know whats going on! My older kids are sooooo excited for summer camp! hours of operation are very convenient as well. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Can't say enough! These folks that work here are amazing and friendly towards my kids and us as parents. They understand that life is hectic and they take the care and well being of our kids into the highest of regard. My kids have never had a bad thing to say and they have always felt safe. My highest of praise goes to these folks!

from the first day we walked in the staff here has always treated my son like family, they are amazing with all types of children and really know how to help aid in any issues that may arise in your child's life from day to day.Most of the staff I have ever dealt with have always went above and beyond to ensure that my little man was always leaving with a smile and if needed a lesson♡I would highly recommend checking them.When your leaving your most prized possession behind for the day and heading off to work you want to know that you have not a single thing to worry about and I can tell you from experience that they will all make sure that is just what happens.Happy daycare hunting everyone!! (But if u can get in here I'd 1000% sudgest it)

Explore your options and put this place last, as thats where your child(ren) will be at Kids and Company. My son attended this place in the summer and we never got 1 update from kindertales about his progress throughout the days while he was there. My son had changed for the worse for the short period he was attending this place. I was off worm early 1 day and picked him up only to see him crying in the grass with 2 other boys picking on him. The teacher was playing with 2 other little girls not far away. I got out of my car and when she seen me she told the 2 boys to leave my son alone he asked you guys to stop". My son did not finish his summer care at that place. He was back to his normal self not long after leaving that daycare. Me and his mother had issues with the updates from kindertales and expressed our concerns up until the day we left. We still have no idea what happened behind closed doors. Its a shaddy spot to take a young kid and I do not recommend. There are other local daycares and lots of babysitters around the area. Keep looking"

My family has been with kids and company (previously depend on me) for 3 years now. From the first introduction we have absolutely loved the staff. Each teacher from different age groups seemed to get to know my kids personally. Special considerations and reporting back to me for even the smallest incident has always been a priority. The hours of operation are perfect for our transit to and from work, especially the earlier opening time. They accept children on PD days and snow days when work can’t be missed. Transportation to and from school for school aged children is provided which is amazing, especially considering the horror show that is stock transportation. They even provide pickups when school is dismissed early. Kids and company has a solution for everything. They make having a full time job for parents easy. 10/10!!

Kids and Co Eastern Passage was our first true daycare experience as our son had previously been in dayhomes. We are beyond happy with the staff (Shoutout to Megan, Mike, Kirsten, Nadine and Nicole), the programs, the structure that still allows for some freeplay, the facility and the meal plan.Staff wise the ECEs are excellent. I truly believe they are so much more than just childcare providers, they are true educators. The growth and development we have seen in our son has been amazing. His speech has progressed daily. The staff have also been receptive to our team meetings and feedback/resources from our Developmental Interventionist and SLP. They have an inclusion specialist Nancy, on staff who has helped with our transitions. The Assistant director, Marcus, goes above and beyond to make us feel like our presence at the school is meaningful and we matter. He is amazing.The hours are perfect for us. The meals are always nutritious. The end of the day snack for the ride home is such a nice touch. My son loves going to school" and sometimes doesn't want to leave...the snack really helps make heading home easier.For constructive feedback I would suggest when transitions into different classrooms I would suggest more than one day notice. We were told on a Thursday that my son would be joining the other class the following day. This was a bit stressful for us as transitions has been an area we needed work on and we had only been at the school for 2 months or so. They did a great job of making sure the transition was smooth and allowed some flexibility for him the following week if he needed to come back to his original classroom for a visit but I just wish we would have had a bit more notice (even just to help us with the transition). That all being said

They have not implemented any of the programs they said they would. They continually shuffle kids around from classroom to classroom. Ratios are more important than the children's well being.It was much more impressive when it was Depend on Me.They also currently have a probationary licence.We only have a fews days left there but will miss some of the great teachers.**update** I have raised all my concerns with the Director and the area manager over the last few months and things haven't improved or changed.
