Very professional practice, with a great receptionist team.

Similar to the other review the receptionist was HORRIBLE. When the receptionist called me before, she said I had an appointment - nothing about a phone appointment. So I drove 35km all the way to downtown Vancouver for her to tell me rudely that “all appointments are automatically phone appointments” and saying things like “well I cant do anything about it”. Not sure if it had to do with my age that she felt as though she could talk down to me, but she should not be the first face you see at a company (just bad business practice).I spoke to Dr. Kula and expressed my frustrations, and he said there’s nothing he can do about it not even mentioning anything about speaking to the receptionist who seems to have a poor track record.Overall, her lack of explanations setting up the appointment, her poor attitude, and the fact I just spent x amount of money to drive all the way there is terrible. I don’t have the money to just drive 66km in total for something I didn’t even have to go to and could have easily been avoided.

Dr. Kula is the best neurologist I have ever met. Friendly, professional, understanding. Hard to meet a specialist full of knowledge and bedside manner.

Dr. Kula is very caring and efficient Dr.Very nice helpful and friendly Staff as well.
