I love this online store! I had amazing customer service when I emailed and asked about what product I should use for my dog who gets hot spots to help reduce the itch. The product can also be used on people which works out great in the summer and for little kids.Would highly recommend this store and the product!

Love the selection of products suitable for my Icandics that are available at Eaglewood! The Eaglewood Team is always helpful and knowledgeable and the products they carry and can readily answer any questions and provide great guidance!

I get all of my tack and supplies from here when I can. Absolutely love their selection, they hasve access to tack from over seas and it arrives exactly within the time frames stated on their website. They are always more than happy to help answer questions about products.The descriptions on the website and detailed and clearly state the ordering time frames for items. Even with Covid I've always gotten my orders in a reasonable time frame for ordering online and in the rare case something was late everything was communicated well.I always recommend Eaglewood Equestrian to friends because they stand behind everything they sell and they're fairly local to me.

I should’ve followed the advice of the last review! DO NOT ORDER FROMTHIS COMPANY!! This company does not carry the products they have online and when asked about an update I was told there is none. However approximately a half an hour later when I asked what I needed to do to cancel the order conveniently there was an update which I would have been okay with except the way the person ended the email was ignorant and rude. When I called to speak to somebody in person about it I got the manager who is apparently the one that sent the rude email. I was treated even more rudely on the phone. When I asked about cancelling because of the attitude I was told I would have to pay a 5% fee I guess that’s what I get for trying to support a fellow Canadian company. It is now in the hands of my credit card company unless this company does the right thing.

I wanted to share that the customer service was great. I needed to make changes after I placed an order, my texts where promptly answered and my order was changed with no difficulty. My product arrived in good condition and quickly. I have no problem recommending Eaglewood Equestrian Supplies to others. Joanna

We ordered the CEEcoach audio equipment from Victoria in customer service at Eaglewood Equestrian, and the order went very smooth and she shipped exactly what we needed and helped us very graciously with the order process and followup. It is also nice to deal with a Canadian company for this equipment.

Purchasing a bit and bridle is difficult at the best of times, now add in COVID and stores closed. Victoria, at Eaglewood was super helpful and went above and beyond to suggest the best bit for my horse. I'm currently working with Victoria to order a new bridle. Thanks for your support and recommendations.

I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely no communication from the company about my order other then a “thank you for your order” email. No one contacted me to say the item I ordered wasn’t in stock and would be 2+ weeks before it would be shipped to me. Considering I selected express post for my order, someone would assume I need the item now. The company should have been forthcoming about this and offered me a refund immediately. I should not have had to hunt the company down about my order! And I mean hunt; there is no phone number on the website, I had to google this company to contact them. And now it’s going to be 45 days before I receive my refund....
