This McDonald's restaurant is my favourite in Oshawa. The staff are very kind and show they love there job. They take good care and keep the restaurant as clean as possible even when it gets busy. They always get my order right where most times other places don't.

Prices are way out of wack. All the specials directly on the bags are not what is given at this location. They are ripping people off. Do not buy anything here and when i asked about them the lady behind the counter gave me like 3 excuse why i couldnt have the 2 for 6 dollar deal from lays like ive never shopped at a convenience store before. Not a Mac's anymore either.

This is the worst gas station, probably shouldnt have people working that cant do their job, also cashiers are extremely rude and refusing to give me a managers number

I was over charged $45.00 I was traveling toNova Scotia and not able to go back to the store. Made many calls and have not yet seen my money. This is not legal ! It's theftmoneyģ

Well I always feel like I am being watch constantly by them, I feel like I done something wrong or something when I am there most of the time. But some are not so judgemental on me because of the way I look. And some are .Well it's starting to get more friendly with the staff gotten to know some of them working there and most of the guy's are nice to talk to now and I even became some of there friends but they are good people it's just that other people don't give them a chance and it isn't right because of religion they are good people just give them a chance. Great stuff guy's.//I can't believe that on Monday morning I went to The store here and I saw a nasty cockrouch going by the coffee machine ,but I forgot to tell the guy after I seen it .oh well what can we do now of days.

Always downright rude customer service from the same man. Wouldn't go here if it wasnt for the convenience of the location & items. I could never imagine giving any of my customers the service he gives me. I'm a regular customer, and it is consistent terrible service. No one is happy about working, but you smile and fake it like the rest of us!

I have used this gas station, I would estimate, 75% of the time since I've had my vehicle. In the beginning I came for the great prices, but the added bonus was the great customer service. What I didn't expect was the fact that I was getting great gas.Every time I would get my oil changed, I would get the comment on how clean my oil was. Once I was told that I could go a bit longer that he wouldn't recommend an oil change even though I was at the specified mileage. He said, I must be using a good grade of gas.But the reason I'm writing this note is because, today after I filled up my gas, I inadvertently dropped $40.00 and it slipped under the counter without notice. It wasn't until I got home that I realized my money was missing. I called the location and explained that I might have dropped it on the floor and it may have slipped under the counter. Immediately the attendant told me she had it and I could pick it up at my convenience.I would give them 6 stars if I could as I never have had a bad experience in that many years.

This location is always chaotic. They also lock the doors late at night, and during morning rush hour around 0630 they love to take 15 minute bathroom breaks and lock up the store. Also the Bollywood music is annoying and inappropriate.

Terrible customer service!!! The fountain pop station needed replenishing. When I told the lady at the register, she completely ignored us and continued her conversation on the phone with her friend. Left without a drink because she couldn’t be bothered to respond to my inquiry. We were the only people in the store.

Inaccurate pumps, rude staff,Claims to be prepay but the pumps don't work properly. I said to the woman, you should fix them n make sure they work. I've been here twice this week and that's the second pump that doesn't work. She said why would I go make sure it's working? I don't care that much"Never coming back. Not to mention they have the highest price in the area for propane
