Very happy with the product, the service and the price from Alberta Granite. My carpenter recommended them and they were the first place we visited -- and we never went any further. Li knows his materials, he gave us excellent suggestions and then gave us a good price. I purchased a kitchen counter with undermount steel sink (he recommended the 18 gauge, as opposed to some lighter, 20 gauge sinks that are out there), then he offered a good selection for the two bathroom counters, backsplashes and sinks. Tristan came out and measured everything and when Dennis and Marek arrived -- everything fit. They took out, and disposed of, the old counters (as well as the old garburetor). A hitch was when they arrived without the backsplashes, but they obtained them quickly and no delays. Good guys to deal with, and I mentioned the price to a couple of plumbers and other contractors and they thought it was a great deal. The photo shows the bathroom sink with backsplash.

I have used Alberta Granite & Quartz on several occasions, and have never been disappointed. Lee is very knowledgeable about the product he carries, and is therefore a great help when choosing the right product for the job.All of the staff are professional in their dealings. Their products are reasonably priced, and they complete the job when they say they will. I have also had some chip repairs done and the results were fantastic.My first experience was as a homeowner; my subsequent experiences were as a contractor. Lee and Daniel are interested in building supplier/contractor relationships, and I will not go anywhere else for my countertop products.

Customer service is excellent! I had a small chip in my quartz, and Daniel did an excellent job in repairing it. It is now flawless. Lee is awesome. Daniel is awesome. Highly recommend!

Lee and Daniel provided professional, friendly and efficient service . We are remodeling our kitchen and after plenty of shopping around, we found their price and timeline were the best around. Their customer service was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

5* isn't enough! Ive been looking for the perfect countertop for about a year. When i built my home my builder just didn't offer the look i wanted. I recently decided to make the change and reached out to 3 suppliers to get quotes, Lee responded in less then 20 minutes! We quickly chatted about the look i was going for and within a few hours i had a preliminary quote! This was all done on a Saturday!On Monday i decided to swing by thier shop to look at samples, i met Lee and quickly realized how great these guys are! Since i was flip flopping on 3 different stones he suggested that we meet at the Stone Slab Wearhouse to pick my actual slab! Best decision ever! Seeing the full slab vs the sample pieces makes a huge difference! I ended up buying my 3rd choice once i saw it in person!Next i met Tristan, the template guy who turns out to be one of the owners! Amazing guy, and have loads of respect for someone who takes this much pride in thier own work.Less then a week later Tristan returns with a crew to install my slab.... Breathe taking!These guys from start to finish have been amazing. Lee has reached out twice to be sure i was happy and with care instructions for my slab. Its been about 3 weeks since i first reached out to Alberta Granitie and I've been enjoying my new countertop.... The other 2 vendors i reached out you have yet to respond to my inquiry

Professional, friendly, efficient service from all involved. After shopping around, we found their price and timeline were excellent. We had a granite island countertop removed and replaced with quartz. Although I requested the installer [Daniel] to return on two occasions to do some additional touchups, it was a pleasure working with both him and Lee [Sales manager] as their customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Alberta Granite & Quartz did an amazing job on our kitchen countertops. The process was quick, smooth and stress-free! The owner, Jasmine, and her salesperson, Lee, were wonderful to deal with. The installers were professional, careful and efficient. After shopping around the city, I can confidently say the pricing is hard to beat and our kitchen looks sooooo good!
