Rob Sea Gas provided exceptional service. From the minute we talked on the phone, discussing my concerns, to the time and care he took while repairing the unit. Everything was done with such quality and care.Rob was thorough and detailed, making sure to check all the extra components not just the faulty one. And then he went above and beyond to discuss our water heater and fireplace. Gave us a ton of information that we never received from our builder.I have used other companies for similar services and none have compared to Rob. Exceptional service at also a great rate. What more could you ask for?! If you need anything to do with furnaces, fireplaces or water heaters, I can’t recommend Rob enough!

Rob just repaired our TEMCO gas fireplace - one that has been examined by 3 to 4 other repair people with NO success over the last 15 years. Unlike the others, Rob got it working right away! He then came back to install a fan that makes the fireplace even more effective than it was to begin with! We are really pleased with the work he has done! Rob was an amazing find. Despite calling last minute, he was able to accommodate my service request same day! Having to coordinate repairs at a B&B when units are occupied can be very challenging.Rob was extremely professional, polite and completed the repairs promptly. It was so wonderful to find someone so supportive at a time of real need. I did not know very much about propane fireplaces and I had no manual to work with. The weather has been horrible and cold of late and the heating in my house is heavily reliant on a functional fireplace on the main floor. I was getting rather desperate so I looked Rob up online. He had good reviews so I thought I’d try him. I’m so glad I did. I was so relieved he was able to talk me through the function of my fireplace and helped me troubleshoot and start the thing myself! He didn’t even charge me for the help he gave me! We have an older Majestic propane fireplace that is used on winter nights to warm up our living room area. It has been showing its age with soot build-up on the glass and a meagre yellow flame. We called Rob to come and see what might be done to keep it going for a few more years. From the blanket he placed to keep our floor clean and unscratched to the end result, the service was excellent. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what the issues were, and how they could be addressed. The servicing was complete, and in fact was beyond what other technicians have provided in the past. The outcome was exactly what we wanted; a clean burning flame, no soot build-up and a fireplace we can use once again to keep our colder nights warm. I would highly recommend Rob for his expertise and most importantly, getting the job done right.

Rob recently installed an Archgard propane fireplace insert into my home, and I was very impressed with his service and product. Rob came out and did an initial inspection and then recommended the correct fireplace for my situation. He installed the fireplace meticulously and with the expertise of the experienced professional that he is. Rob followed up with a phone call the next day and then returned to my house a short time later for a final inspection and to familiarize me with the operational aspects and capabilities of the stove, which I am enjoying immenselyfor both comfort and heating requirements.
