Amazing service, phenomenal food and drinks. My husband and I are visiting from WA state, its our first time in white Rock, we ended up at Abraxas and could not be happier we did. The moment we walked in they treated us like family, cracking jokes, recommending drinks & dishes, even gave us a sample of a liquor from Brazil before we settled on the drink using it. We came on a Friday night and ordered the beef empanadas, a weekend offering, i could not have expected how good these were. Made fresh to order from scratch they were incredibly flavorful, the dough was cooked to perfection. We decided to go back for lunch Saturday and were even more blown away by the steak, this steak was incredible. Served w a salad topped with strawberries, kiwi, caramelized almonds and cheese and a side of potato wedges wrapped with onion and bacon served w a side of scratch made vinaigrette. My lord this meal was amazing, do not pass this place up. Food is fresh, flavorful, service is outstanding. If i lived here it would be my dinner everyday haha!

We had been planning to visit for some time and it didn't disappoint. Excellent informed service and really superb steaks. From the authentic Brazilian cocktail, Uruguayan wine and detailed descriptions of the dishes, it's obvious the chef and his restaurant is passionate about their food. This will become one of our regular restaurants in our home town for dinner out.

Fantastic gem! Really delicious food. Had the beef empanadas and veggie bowl and added shrimp. Our view was super nice too! Service was great- can tell owner is very passionate about his food and wants you to have a great experience. Will definitely be back again when we drive through town in future.

I'll start off by saying this place is run by a very lovely and friendly couple. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is off the charts good. I had the cod croquettes and the Uruguayan Short Ribs with salad and bacon & onion wrapped roasted potatoes.The croquettes were crispy outside and pillowy soft inside. I absolutely loved these with the spicy salsa and on their own.The short ribs were absolutely so mind-blowing tasty. The roasted potatoes wrapped in onion and bacon were well cooked and full of flavour. The salad was quite big and nicely dressed.The portions are big and you will not be disappointed or leave hungry.Everything is so tasty and I can't wait to come back.

This place is an amazing find. My boyfriend brought me here on a whim and the food was incredible! It was the best Brazilian steak I have had; the quality of the meat and vegetables was obvious. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable… we will definitely be coming back!

I am SO disappointed!I directly called the restaurant on Friday morning to make a lunch reservation to celebrate my son’s graduation the day after. I asked them to give me the earliest reservation possible since we had a grad to attend and they offered me a 1pm (time the restaurant opens she said). We went ahead and booked that time. There we were at 1pm. Restaurants is closed and nobody inside, all is dark. I called again the same number, (I believe the same person answered) and I told her that we had a 1 pm reservation. She confirms -yes, that is correct. -we are outside and looks like you are not opening anytime soon! She told me that was going to make a phone call and get back to me ASAP. Nobody called me back! We walked to FIVE Kitchen & Oyster Bar and had our meal there.

Amazing experience and the food was amazing. The service super fast and delicious as well. We ordered the hamburger and the urca picanha, soooo delicious with a pineapple juice.Un saludo a los dueños del local!!

It was our first visit, so we placed ourselves in the gracious care of our Chef/Marin. He's very enthusiastic and helpful and took the time to understand what we'd enjoy, then he set himself to creating the perfect meal for us. We started with the succulent grilled prawns, then had a juicy beautifully charred steak grilled to perfection, accompanied with a lovely salad and roasted baby potatoes. We enjoyed a glass of wine each from the nice selection offered. Prices weren't cheap but they were very fair and we enjoyed the experience thoughly. We'd highly recommend Abraxas Kitchen to anyone with discerning tastes that enjoys great food.

Extremely welcoming and pleasant atmosphere even on a busy night. We had a great experience chatting with the staff. The Czech beer was great to see on the menu. The food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back here again.
