Hands down the worst experience of our broken medical system. I’m sure the doctors and staff are competent but the procedures to see a doctor are something out of 1930’s communist Russia. It literally took my doctor 4 faxes to get them to acknowledge 6 weeks later that I would get an appointment in 4-6 months. I had even walked in with the printed appointment request and they said it could only be faxed. Then when out of the blue I got an appointment but would be away I informed them it needed to be rescheduled and haven’t heard sweet fak all since.

I can't speak highly enough of the care that I received at Footbridge.My bunion surgery and recovery were a real success, thanks to all the wonderful staff and support that I received at the clinic. Dr. Sadr performed the surgery and I can't be happier with the results. What a great surgeon you are - thank you so much Dr. Sadr!Big thanks to Eugene, who removed my stitches, provided guidance on how to deal with the wound during the appointment and who responded to all follow up questions I had, subsequent to the removal of the stitches, by promptly returning phone messages I left. He put all my concerns to rest.Thanks to the staff at Paris Everybody, who initially fitted me for a toe splint to wear post suture removal and then adjusted it for me during the recovery phase to ensure the perfect fit - what great service!And a huge thank you to the the physiotherapy department. Prior to working with Anthony, I communicated with Derek via the contact page. He, too promptly, responded to all my questions, which also eased my concerns.Anthony is a wonderful physiotherapist. The progressive exercises he gave me; his patience and his instructions during my sessions, followed up by video demonstrations to ensure my understanding, has resulted in me regaining full mobility. My foot feels great, as a result of his skills! I can't thank you enough Anthony!All other staff members I have encountered from the staff at the receptionist desk, to the person who fitted me with a fracture boot prior to surgery, to the Dr.'s assistant have all provided excellent customer service - thank you all.I'm so happy that my Dr. referred me to this clinic.

Wow, what an amazing experience from my surgeon Dr. Keith Stothers to my amazing Physio Therapist Caroline Toop!She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does and is great at sending me homework to do !She has made my healing a great experience and love the encouragement as this has been a difficult journey for me but with Caroline by my side I am confident she will get me to where I left off and if not better !Always looking forward to my Physio appointments.Thank you!Mary P

Re Dr Sadr.I had an appointment today for a shoulder and neck injury that was referred through the emergency department at St Joseph’s.I was of course very hopeful that I would be getting some much needed assistance and a plan of action after two weeks of pain medication and nerve blockers not to mention the 6 weeks prior to my emergency visit that I had been dealing with the situation. Instead I was chastised by Dr Sadr for even going to emergency in the first place because “it’s a place you go for broken bones and serious injury’s and I’m not even a shoulder surgeon and they just refer to whoever is on call that day” His whole demeanour was one of blaming me for this instead of at least being decent and being considerate of my situation and not how this has somehow inconvenienced him.Of course I was extremely disappointed to learn that he could not do anything to help me and I would need to be referred to some one else but I was also insulted at his manner which was rude and lacking in any empathy and extremely dismissive. As if being in agonizing pain wasn’t a good enough reason to go to emergency and how in the hell was I to know the circumstances of my referral and that I would miss a day of work for nothing and be treated with such disdain. One has to wonder..if my referral said shoulder injury and he couldn’t do anything why in the hell would you book the appointment with him in the first place ?You know when you go to a doctor and you feel anxious to explain what exactly is going on and how it’s impacting your life and he makes you feel like he couldn’t care less and he can’t wait to get out of there ? Which by the way he did as I was talking ..yes that’s dr sadr ..rude, inconsiderate and a poster child for what’s wrong with our medical system.

Wow, what a wonderful / professional experience. Friendly greeting at the door, the front desk had all my info, I was directed to an exam room before my appointment time. I was greeted by the doctors assistant who explained exactly what would happen. The doctor was on time, pleasant, happy to respond to my questions and quickly recognized the cause of the issues. I then met with a device technician who based on the doctors direction suggested foot wear and support devises to improve my mobility. I then met with a physiotherapist who showed me an exercise routine to improve my ankle strength. Everyone I donor to was wonderful. What a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Very good. Friendly staff. I had foot surgery done by Dr Gagne. The procedure was explained to me. I experienced very little pain after the operation. I had 8 incisions and I am going to have minimal scars. Very impressed with Dr Gagne. I now have an arch and me foot steps straight now than to the left by 30 deg. Gave only 4 stars because you have to go so far from parking to the Dr. Office

I was referred by another orthopedic surgeon to the Footbridge Centre. I came in very apprehensive and with a number of concerns. I met with Dr. Oliver Gagne and I've got to say, he was wonderful. Took the time to answer every question and concern I had. Gave me the kind of information that I needed to make an informed decision. For the first time in year, with the possibility of an ankle replacement hanging over me, I wasn't fearful. Dr. Gagne and. his resident.. were two of the best specialist I've been to! Happy to recommend him!

I should’ve left this review when I started seeing Jared a year and a half ago. Jared is exceptional at what he does in all areas: prescribing exercises; communication; diligence in recommending what else might be necessary or helpful. Very grateful, and feeling positive about my foot recovery.

Wow! Receptionists, intake clerk, X-ray technician, doctor, physiotherapist and Paris technician and receptionist - every last one of them was a pleasure to deal with. Not an unpleasant person in the bunch! I’d go back just to visit!! Full explanation of what. I was dealing with and no high pressure sales tactics. Pure pleasure. I highly recommend.

Timekeeping here is pretty bad (was told my appointment would be at least 45 mins late and it was) but I have to say, the front desk team did their best to get me seen by someone other than my referred doctor so I could make it back to work in time.When I was seen, all practitioners were great, they listened attentively, clearly cared and got me through to my next steps promptly. The facility is clean and seems well equipped.Overall I was happy, I would just make sure to allow yourself more than the allocated amount of time so you don’t get stressed like I did.
