Mike Belperio maintained the dryotron system in my home for 7-8 years. He easily solved every issue that the previous contractor struggled with for years despite the fact that they claimed to be very experienced & in fact installed the system.Aerosmith Mechanical proved to be consistently professional & frankly amazing in how they reduced my operating costs to a minimum. My Dectron unit was over 20 years old and was time to replace. The unit was in a very tight location and not easy to access. Aerosmith mechanical has been taking care of the heating dehumidification and cooling of my indoor swimming pool for about 15 years. The serviced my old Dry-O-tron unit and kept it going until it stopped functioning at the age of 33 years. Mike did a marvellous job in sevicing my old unit.When the old unit failed completely, I asked four companies to give me quotations for acquiring and installing a new unit. After carefull considerations of all of the bids, I chose to go with Aerosmith Mechanical. The were second least expensive, but they were very professional and knowledgeable.It was amazing how Mike managed the installation of the new equipment. He is very smart and resourceful. He came up with several new ideas to overcome physical difficulties during the installation. His innovative approach included doing the job that would have required four men all by himself.Now the HVAC system has been functioning very well for about a year without any problem.I have to admit that Mike was very professional in dealing with me. He was on time. he is approchable and easy to talk to. It has been a pleasure dealing with him.

Last time I called Mike to service my Sime water heater he came round same day and fixed it straight away. Nice guy
