Visited this local store based on previous reviews and agree with the customer service that Terry provides. His attention to detail was impressive. From all options of frames, lenses & coating. Doubled checked with manufacturer on my requests. Called me to ensure my preferred finish to the lens. Sent one of the sunglass clips back to manufacturer since coating was missing.After decades of eyewear shopping in Toronto, this has been refreshing to receive this level of customer service. thanks

Five stars are not enough to rate Terry’s level of service. I had very specific requirements for my new eyeglasses. He took the time to understand my needs and did a outstanding job fulfilling them.

Best lenses I've had in 20 years. The owner is great at knowing which frames go well with a face shape. All these years I've been wearing the same boring looking frames until the owner made a suggestion outside of the box, and I've been so confident and proud to wear my new glasses. Great prices too.
