Trusting someone to transform our whole main floor was always something that we were worried about. We had a few people come to give us quotes and right away we knew if we went with Karl and Total Reno's we would not have to worry anymore.The wait time from initial meeting until start time was about a year but it was definitely worth it. During that time we worked with Karl's designer Debby who provided drawings of what the final product will look like. This gave us piece of mind we were going to get what we wanted and it also gave us something to look forward to.Once the work started everything was done on time and very professionally. With the work being all planned and drawn out before it started it made things run smoothly. I have worked with other contractors who just come in with no schedule and no plan. This was completely different. We were given updates regularly on what would be happening next. This helped a lot as my wife gave birth half way through the reno. We knew what days there would've been a lot of noise and we could plan to be out for those days with the newborn.Every night before they left they would do a good cleaning. We were living in the basement and sleeping upstairs and neither place ever saw any dust or debris from the work. When the project was fully completed they even had cleaners come in to do a full cleaning.We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Completely changed our house and the compliments we have gotten are endless.From an extensive quote breakdown to the design phase, actual construction and clean up at the end, you really are getting a complete package with Karl and Total Reno's. We contacted Karl for an installation of new tub and surround in our condo. He gave us a time frame for the job and then met with us to discuss what we wanted. We received a detailed estimate soon after and we were happy with it. When Karl and Lee started work we were impressed that everything was tidied at the end of the day and we were inconvenienced as little as possible.We were away for a week during the work but Karl sent regular updates and was finished soon after we got home.We are so happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Total Reno’s for any job big or small.Thanks Karl and Lee!

We have had worked done by Karl at Total Renos over the past 10 years. He had overseen the complete renovation of the outside of our home, including roofing, aluminum soffit & eves, under eves lighting, spot lighting and the full reconstruction of our front porch including concrete pad and front walk way. After this, we contracted him to complete a second-floor renovation. The scope included chair railing and wainscoting up the stairs, pot lighting, hardwood floor on the second floor and a complete master bedroom and bathroom renovation. The wall separating the 2 pc from the master bed room was moved to allow for 2 sinks, shower and tub. All flooring, trim & electrical was competed under Total Renos’ oversight and staff. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about the great quality of work that was done and the polite/professional staff of Total Renos. Even several years later, when we needed a pocket door adjusted, Karl came over and completed that free of charge. His work and service are the highest quality we have ever seen and we would recommend Total Renos to any one looking for a top-notch company. Makes 1st appointment with me just to forget who I am and tells me I called and cancelled on him which I did not. Then we reschedule the appointment that took a month to get to just for the first one a week later. Now On the same day of the new appointment, emails me and says he’s to busy to come and even look at the project I have for him. Thanks for wasting a few months of my time. Completely unprofessional. Will never recommend total Reno’s to anyone.

We hired Total Reno’s to install this built in hood. They did an amazing job at color matching to our existing cabinets from our builder. The team was professional, friendly and had great time management. You could tell that they take pride in their work and made sure that everything was perfect from start to finish. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Repairs which were done very professionally and quick. Would recommend them with no hesitation. Very friendly and easy to talk with to explain your problems.

Total Renos renovated our main floor 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. We had them back at the end of last year to change our upstairs bathroom and the bedroom next door to a huge master ensuite and a small family bathroom. We were again thrilled with the results! Lee and Karl and their team did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them.
