I was having some major issues with another store so I’d gone back to T-Mobile and I had an extremely great experience with the manager Mitch and the newer employee Tyler! Mitch went out of his way to make some calls for me & then explained things so I could understand. Tyler was the guy that did the 2 year call back to me so Mitch made sure that Tyler was the person who sold me my new iPhone 14pro max. I am so happy that those 2 men are working at the T-Mobile kiosk in the Quinte mall.

We couldn’t be happier with the services provided to us by the store manager! He explained everything simply and any/all confusion was avoided! We’re very happy with the products we received and we’ll be returning to T-Booth for all of our future cellphone needs :)

Best customer service! Today, I dealt with Caleb and Taylor. Caleb was still learning, but very eager to provide the highest level of professionally and customer service.Taylor was extremely knowledgable and juggled doing several tasks in order for me to get the best deal! I will definitely be back thanks to these 2 stand up guys!

After a great experience 5 years ago as stated in original review I returned today to upgrade my phone. Waited 1 hrs and left with nothing. 1 sales staff and no communication. Returned a week later and received much better service. Updated my review from 2 star to 5.Extremely helpful sales associate Simon (assistant manager ). Took my wife and myself through the process of upgrading our phones and made it a very enjoyable experience. We received extra merchandise at no additional cost. Highly recommended ...
