I can’t say enough good things about Cross heating!! They were so professional and helpful throughout our whole ac replacement. They worked so quickly to help get us a new ac unit with in a few days of looking at ours. They worked with our schedule and had us done and with working ac in less than two weeks!!! So impressed and grateful for cross !

We had a new water softner installed just recently. And a HVAC System 2 years prior and a fire place.We will have Cross do all of are work, from the sales people to the technicians, everyone was very friendly and professional.

Cross heating is a very reliable company. We needed a new furnace and Cross heating came and gave us a quote. When we were ready to get the new furnace , they removed the old one and installed the new one. Any questions i asked were answered so i could understand. They men that did it were very nice and polite and cleaned up after themselves would highly recommend them to all my friends snd family.

The staff was super helpful and super fast to respond from the onset of the problem I was having with my old unit to the installation of the new one. The guys who installed the unit were professional, and tidy - even the installation of wires, tubeing, pipes, ect... was kept super neat and tidy. Once installed the guys took the time to go over the unit with me, how it works, any simple maintenance on my end, what work they did to install it and why, and also answered any questions or concerns I had. Then once they were all finished they cleaned up after themselves - going as far to even vacuum, shake out my floor rugs, sweep the porch, and wipe up areas that were not covered by their work mats they laid out to protect my floors as well. I am very happy with my service and the staff and would highly recommend these guys anytime! A+++ :)

We have a new build near Kincardine. We called for a quote for a ductless heat pump for a small two storey, approximately 1000 sq ft. From the first call to Jason, Jeff doing all the measurements for the quote, and the installers turning on the system it was all excellent. Friendly, professional. We ended up with a dual head system. We had it installed last November and it kept us cozy and warm all winter. The Mitsubishi system is perfect for our place. We had a follow-up call to check if we were happy with the system. Yes. Today we turned on the AC for the first time and it is perfect. I've already recommended this team to a friend who had an oil furnace with existing ducts replaced and he agreed. Excellent service.Tom & Krys.

Called in the morning because my son smelled gas and they were ready to send a tech to my home that afternoon. Kyle arrived at the specified time and was absolutely fantastic! Went above and beyond to take care of our issues and leave us with a warmer house. Highly recommend this business!
