Lavish Nail And Beauty Spa

I have used this place twice in one week. I had a pedicure done and she did and treated me so well. I think I made her day as well as I let her decide what she wanted to do on my toes and she did An amazing job. Last night I had my nails done the bio gel refill and the owner was such an amazing women. They talk to you and make you feel so welcome and at home I have never come to a nail salon and made to feel like you were part of the staff. It’s like they have known you for years!! I give this place hands down 100 percent all my business from now on. They are super fantastic people!

It was great experience. I was get full set of nails. My nail tech was Vilina and she is awesome! She checked all my nails to make sure it’s perfect. If you want perfect nails do by she. Also it’s great chairs for pedicure, next time I’ll try them for sure. So clean and professional place!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a spa. Their website is misleading and shows different prices depending on where you click. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, the owner argued with me in front of everyone - mid service!!The pedicure I received was substantially different than I’m used to. The lady seemed to lack experience as she didn’t allow my feet to soak more than a minute before she started pushing my cuticles back really roughly, she barely removed any of my calluses (she barely used a cheese grater type of tool around my toes only, and didn’t touch my heels), she cut me a few times with the cuticle trimmer (thankfully they aren’t bad cuts), and she wasn’t even going to clean under my nails! The owner ended up switching out the aesthetician, which I appreciated.I never leave a bad review and would rather resolve issues directly with the business, but this experience was something that can’t be ignored. Super unprofessional and I nearly had to finish the job myself. Unacceptable when you’re paying premium prices for a service.So much for a relaxing treat to celebrate the end of the school year with my daughter. I’ll take a pass from ever stepping foot in this spa again.And before the owner comes on to say she discounted the service for my daughter’s nails, she didn’t! I instructed them to give my daughter bio-gel nails and I just found out that they used acrylic instead without consulting either my child or I!!! The nail tech who cashed us out was going to charge me for gel until the owner told her to charge me less so I walked out thinking I was given a discount…I was not.ETA - I just saw another review where a woman was asking for acrylics, but was told by her nail tech that she should get gel because her nails are thin….THE SAME THING happened to my daughter. I originally wanted her to get acrylics to keep price more reasonable, but was advised that gel would be “better because of her thin nails” so I said ok do that - I personally prefer gel over acrylic anyways. My daughter just confirmed they did acrylic without my knowledge or permission (on my 14 yr old as I was getting my pedicure). I am so upset about the poor business practices of this salon and want to warn others of their up-sell tactics, unprofessional behaviour, and poor quality of service.ETA #2 - my daughter’s nails aren’t even, nor the shape she asked for.She almost charged me $160 plus tip for this. Save your money and stress and go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for a couple years. Beautiful place. Staff is so friendly. Got my nails done today by Amrit. She is so lovely and came in with a boring design and left with Beautiful nails. I highly recommend this salon.!

My absolute favourite nail salon! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff are all wonderful. Clean, hygienic and full of good ambience, I always look forward to getting my manicures done at Lavish. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails over the past few months. I'd highly recommend Lavish!

Sarah did a shellac manicure for me and it's perfect! She did exactly what I wanted and she was very patient in helping me pick out the right colours. Will definitely come back!

I have been going to Lavish for the last 6 months for a bio gel overlay manicure. Sarah always does my nails perfectly. She is very creative and does intricate designs. I always receive compliments on my nails and they never chip! My most recent manicure was so perfect for spring. Lavish is by far my favourite place I have ever gone to for a manicure.
