The team at Advanced Home Comfort was amazing and went above and beyond. I seeked advice from several providers for heat pump installation before making a decision however they were the most thorough, knowledgable and provided the best recommendations. Along the process, I recieved guidance and consultative help from this team helping me navigate the design, process and grants. Truly an expert team who cares about excellence, quality and going above and beyond for customers.

We called with no heat on Saturday night of Easter weekend. Nick was very responsive to our call. He came out assessed the issue and came back out first thing Monday morning with parts in hand and had us up and running soon after. Very professional, honest and respectful man. I would definitely recommend advanced. Great service!

A couple years ago we had Advanced Home Comfort install our furnace and hot water tank. Justin and Nick were awesome to deal with. Extremely professional, clean work with attention to detail. They even pointed out a potential issue with some plumbing in the basement that we ended having fixed. We decided to get an AC unit installed this year and called Advanced. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. I asked for the unit to be installed in a certain spot and they had no problem finding a way to do it. Justin even got into an extremely small, dirty crawl space to run the electrical. Great couple of guys and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Nick was excellent to deal with. Very responsive to messages and calls.Jacob came to do the work for us, he was very polite and professional. Had all the work done for us very quickly and efficiently. Installed piping and fryers, soap tested all connections.Amazing people to deal with.

We needed maintenance done on our furnace and a few people recommended Advanced' We set up an appointment with them and received prompt service. Jacob was very friendly and efficient. He pointed out a few minor issues that he was able to adjust/fix. They followed a few days later to make sure all was good. Will probably be getting a replacement furnace in the future and won't hesitate to use Nick and his crew at Advanced to install."

Advanced Home Comfort is easily the best heating and air conditioning company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with from start to finish. My husband and I had our Central Air installed. The team at Advanced Home Comfort are excellent at customer service. We called Friday and got the install done Monday. Nick and Jacob were on time, very professional and respectful of our home and property. They noticed an issue with our existing furnace and fixed that on the spot even though it was not related to the AC install. We would highly recommend using this company!! I am a very happy & satisfied customer.

On one of the hottest weekends of year, our AC unit decided it did not want to work. We called AHC and they responded quickly and Jacob was at our door the very next morning. After some trouble shooting, turns out our compressor needed replacement. Jacob helped to contact our AC supplier and was able to get our part replaced at no cost (just labour) as it was still covered under warranty - which saved us a ton of money. Jacob was very professional, thorough, and made us feel comfortable having him in our home. Would highly recommend the AHC team.
