Hands down the best spa treatment I have ever gotten! My mom and I each received a facial/pedicure and Karla and Kelly did such an amazing job and really went above and beyond for us. My feet have never felt so soft! We will definitely be back!

We were a group of six women with appointments booked back to back on Saturday, November 13th, starting at 9:00 am. The receptionist was rude, condescending and cold from the second we arrived. Her behaviour was despicable; she should not be employed in a position working with the public. She was unorganized. Could not remember the wifi password. I would never recommended this facility. It's was a disappointing experience for the minute we arrived. Will not be back to this poorly operated Spa.

The annual spa day with my bestie and the services never disappoint.Highly recommend the body wraps for pure nurturing relaxation and hands down the best pedicure I've ever recieved.Always worth the drive for a getaway thats still.close to home.

My sister and I had spa treatments here for Mother’s Day and were absolutely amazed by all the staff, the atmosphere and our services. Kelly and Abbie did wonderful relaxation massages and the best facials we have ever received. The staff went above and beyond our expectations to give us a most relaxing day.

Such a great spa. Very reasonable prices, nice atmosphere. Incredible customer service! Needed to exchange a product and the staff drove to my house near Devon to make the switch!! My mom and I have been doing the Indulgence for Two package for a few years now and it's such a nice way to spend half a day!

I've been going here for awhile now. Front desk always welcomes me by my first name, owners are wonderful ladies and their staff as well. I always recommend Essential Spa and Wellness by word of mouth or through social media. I love that we can have this service in Pigeon Lake! Keep up the wonderful work!!
