Always great advice & helpful assistance from everyone in the store. The prescription counter technicians to the checkout staff.The main store staff are always very helpful, as are the checkout staff at the front end of the storeWe've been going to Geens for many years and have always been satisfied. The hours are convenient, the selection & variety of products makes it easy to find what you need.

As a family we have used Geens since 2004. All right in the beginning, but service has dropped well below par. If it was just one incident, we could over look that. There have been many. There is no service and its like you are an inconvience. There have been a few bright spots but they have been few and far between. The idea of 3 days for a repeat prescription is absurd. At times the staff is just plain rude. For no apparent reason.Fortunately we have moved on to another pharmacy.They actually acknowledge you by name and actually ask how you are doing. Glad we found them.

I always have a good experience at this pharmasave, the staff is super quick on my getting my prescriptions done. Only suggestion would be letting patients know when there prescriptions are ready for pickup? I haven't received a call back before but it's understandable since they have so many clients to contact regarding prescriptions.

Pharmacy is not a social gathering! The staff are rude and don’t even want to help. They only care about themselves and what they did last night etc..don’t be in a hurry here. You’ll wait, and wait and wait, even after you’ve called and put in your Rx the day before! Rude rude rude staff. Stay away. Better off not supporting the little guy, they suck! No urgency in this place for anyone or anyone’s time. P.s. Geens don’t bother even contacting me on this. NEVER AGAIN

2nd time they've lost my prescription. I took one in June 2022...told them I didn't need it right away. Came back in 7 months later, after I came bathck from vacation...tried to renew and they had no prescription on file. They alsolost a prescription for my test strip for diabetes...had to pay for them instead. They said I already filled that subscription earlier. I didn't, so those tests strips went somewhere!

They are very limited in products. Had 4 things on my list and was unable to get any of them.Waste of time.
